Astral body entering body

Most of the time, when in trance meditations, when I come back to my space (not to wake up, but when I get more present during the meditation), I feel the hit very powerful, like my heart starts pumping very fast, like when I get spooked. Why would that be? And how to be a little bit present/conscious when in a deep trance?
