Are retired starseeds the keyholders?

Hi EA, I rewatched your video about starseed missions today and I totally resonated with the retired starseed information. But I also resonated greatly with the keyholder downloads you channelled recently (I even had like 4 validations since asking for it). So my question is: could it be that the retired starseeds are actually the keyholders, and that’s why they don’t get to “fulfill” any missions in this lifetime?
