I am new to this group as a whole. EA has expanded my mind to places I had not even conceived. It was not until recently that I heard of Arcturus and something inside of me vibrated to such an extent that it freaked me out. I became a Reiki Master a couple of decades ago and practiced quite regularly as at the time I was a massage therapist. I never stopped practicing Reiki, but when Arcturus came into my spirit so to speak, I cannot shake this feeling that I may have been an Arcturian Healer. I was wondering if EA could connect with an Arcturian Healer and ask what tools if any they use for healing. Is Sound Healing also incorporated, if so, how, what instruments/tools, etc. Many thanks.

@suecockrell DMT is a chemical produced by your brain and is a hallucinogen. It can be found in other animals as well as plants. You may have heard of ayahuasca? It can also be made in a lab though. I guess you'd call it a drug? Or a plant medicine?
I have heard your body can release it by various methods - one of which is breathwork. I don't know much about this though - maybe others can provide more info.
Ppl take it or produce it when they want a spiritual experience or journey. (I'm sure there are various other reasons ppl use it though). Heres a couple of EA vids on i:

@quinn thank you. I know what DMT is. perhaps his post said "a DMT" (now edited). and that threw me off! I've done more than 30 ayahuasca journeys. I love them all. I appreciate the links to the videos. I am not a Creator though so I can't see that one but I will watch the other one. 🌺❤️
@quinn Thank you for the information. I was not aware of the terminology DMT and researched it. Upon reading its effects I related it to Ayahuasca.
I have heard of Eileen Day McKusick via Gaia interview which is what triggered within me Sound Healing. That resonated first before encountering the resonance of Arcturian; however, I feel that somehow, they are both connected. Thanks again for the information.

@krosspaths Yay! I'm also fascinated by sound - healing and for movement, (I think its how the pyramids were built). It def needs to be discussed more. 🤩
@quinn I love that observation. Yes! I can see the pyramids being built that way 100%, the intense vibration of sound. I resonate greatly with the sound of a beating drum (Shamanic mediation), and I have noticed recently that I am connecting so much with the sound of like ethereal or angelic like sounds within songs... but they are not really words, well, words in English anyway.
@krosspaths Amazing. I love that. I also get almost a physical response from certain sounds - like it reverbs thru me? Off me? I dunno. Its weird. I should probably ask what thats all about. LOL. So what do you mean angelic sounds in songs?
@quinn I don't really know how to describe the songs, but it's meditative music where one is singing, but it's more like the extending vowel sounds. I know this sounds silly, but for example, "ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh", ehhhhhhhhhh, with beautiful melody and rhythm. To me it sounds what I would imagine an angel sounds like singing. I used to feel something similar with Enya's music - certain songs.
Aaaaah - I totally gotcha. I know what you're saying. Very cool.
