I had a difficult journey after having kids. This lead me to learn I have ADHD.

I’m wondering is it wrong to be on medication as a Starseed? I’ve grown so much since reading your book and watching your videos. But I still struggle allot with being emotionally exhausted taking care of my kids. Motivation is strongly lacking to do anything. It’s really depressing seeing myself struggle so bad and feeling like I have no control.

I just wanted to say that I understand how you feel. I also have ADHD and have been struggling more since my son was born. I am currently taking medication for it and I find it really helpful. I used to think I couldn't take my medication and meditate/raise my vibration but I felt much more capable of meditating on my meds because it helped quiet the buzzing bees in my head. 😅

I think it's important to check in with yourself about how you feel about it. If you have a negative belief about taking medication then that could potentially create a self fulfilling prophecy.

EA has also mentioned that medication isn't inherently bad, if it helps you re-balance than that's a good thing! If taking medication will help you manage in your every day life then definitely talk to your health care provider 😊
