(The matrix should of stopped then) Then a man named Russell Jay Gould has claimed he had taken the flag from Washington DC. The feds arrested him, beaten him tortured him to make him give up the flag, with his words and he did not give it up. He new how to speak the law correctly. Supposedly this is very important as he is now the post master general, running the maritime courts, world wide. He has created real time Quantum banking and court law which is based on semantic language.
