What practices do you use to safeguard against psychic attacks and dark entities?
Gratitude and feeling love, not reacting to the attack at all, as best as i can.
I used to be really angry and sad whenever it happened, mostly at my guides for lettimg it happen. I just did not understand why they did not help me when i know how easily they can just flick these away.
Then after a long time of not getting it, i managed to recive the message that i myself had promised to do this, to somehow conquer this. I had made a plan myself on the other side, that i all the time amend and fix even, so that i would have all that i need to beat these attacks.
It helpes that i know i have my guides here all the time, checking that my own plan workes and they help me just how i need so it will go well. They would not let me fall far in vibration. They help me all the time, even if they dont take all the bad guys away right away.
To beat this i think we are supposed to just try and not care so much about it, ingnore it as much as you can, dont react, do something that makes you ahppy and fills you with love and gratitude.
