@chinchin getting back to my routine of working out first thing in the morning, followed by meditation then some journaling. In the afternoon or at night do some reading. Also try to find some open moments throughout the day to get some vit D with some earthing/grounding.
I like to play music, sing & dance around too. I like to do singing bowls & sacred drumming.
I like to get high on cannabis, but am finding it doesn’t give the same kick as does centering myself in my own energy & just noticing that & how good & peaceful it feels.
Being in the moment feels best.
I love reading, journaling, & meditation too.
