What practices do you have in place to ground yourself and stay centered?
@chinchin Awesome topic. I have to really work on this topic daily. I’ve struggled with grounding and staying centered. I have to limit the amount of exterior stimulus I take in. My work week really taxes me since I’m forced to interact with others for 10 hours a day ,5 days a week like most of us here on the forum. I feel everyone’s energy and I hear every conversation in the room concurrently. I try not to text socially with people daily, I stay off social media, I don’t watch the news. I literally had to turn off my telegram and texting notifications this weekend because I was receiving too much outside stimuli. I just turned off my phone and let it all go. I require long periods of time in isolation without a connection to another person. When my outside stimulus is low I can really focus on going within. Most of my progress I make is through internal work so consistent incoming communications from others negatively affects that process. I try to go outside every day and walk barefoot on the grass while I water my plants. I try to intentionally ground myself to Gaia physically while Im out there. Bret’s @scolere06 been helping me in our group sessions visualize grounding techniques where I’m visualizing my energy going into the Earth but also returning pure clean energy back to me. I meditate daily before bed no matter what but also meditate for shorter periods during the day when I feel like I should. If we have a group meditation session I’ll still meditate again that night to keep in the habit. I have a meditation routine that I follow every day that will include an intention of grounding and keeping calm and centered. In my perfect world, I live in a cabin in the woods with no telephone or means for someone to directly connect with me but still have internet, lol. When I recharge I still want to be able to interact with other starseeds and my family. 🙂 Im interested to learn what others do to try to stay grounded and centered.
I've got bills to pay and my business is going through a total reboot , that is very effective to stay in the now 🤣
I set the intension of being grounded regularly. I wish regularly meant daily but I'm working toward daily. I walk barefoot around our home and I have tremendous gratitude for our current home and property. We have multiple trees and I'm partial to the Aspen. Where I used to have internal thoughts of love our our space, I'm now talking out loud to the trees and the garden. 🌼
It is a constant process. You should set your mind to staying grounded and centered even there are lots of distractions.
I also get out in nature. I am so grateful for the beautifully energetic property I have to walk barefoot and when it's warm enough bare chested. I soak the sun through my skin, I soak Gaia through my feet, I talk to Gaia as I walk, I think about how I want the world to be and I share my ideas with her, I use what EA has mentioned before about quantum uploads - I send all my love and thoughts to all of you in this universe. I sing songs to the birds and trees as I walk. As I walk this land with purity of heart I exchange energy with Gaia, I am doing these things now even when in public sans the bare chest - waiting for that day! Bit by bit my walk on this earth with all its interactions positive and negative - doesn't matter - I respond with love and patience. I'd say probably 60% of the time and it's only growing as my understanding of the connection deepens. People in my life are noticing, they say I'm like a Disney princess, singing all the time and stopping to smell flowers. Be the change you want to see in the world, it's working for me. To be a way show-er you have to walk the walk more than you talk the talk. I love my crystalline connection to my home planet.
In my daily meditation, after some breaths and closing my eyes, the first thing is to connect to Source, then to the Akashic Grid, then my solar plexus, then center of the Earth, then back to solar plexus. All in one breath in breath out. After that follows the rest of my personal elaborate meditation routine.
