What is your favorite spiritual practice and why?
Singing and make myself laughing, so two things actually. But now i can choose. 🤗 Why? It's a fun way to drift into 5D
Going to get a session with one of my healer friend. Because they see what my ego is filtering out from me. It's challenging because i get slapped in the face all the time, but this is for the greater good.
I am really loving Breathwork right now. I gave it a try for the first time a few weeks ago, and I am hooked. 😀
@emilympaikgmail-com Totally. Awesome Emily, loving all you said. I love breath work too. Like breathing in as far as I can , visualizing divine white light flowing in with my breath. Then I hold a completely full 🫁 lung for like 5 seconds, then blowing out low vibrational and older energies that do not serve me any further. I’ll visualize the light coming in and all through out me while holding that intention. As I breathe in the light force energy in that same rhythm , air in..hold..air out slowliy. Like rhythmically. It puts me into a deeper meditative state. I visualize the air pulling into and through my heart. If I do this long enough I start to feel my energy flowing up from my root to my crown then the energy flowing back down along with my breath out back to the root chakra. The pauses and 5 second breath holds allow time for the energy to travel all the way up or all the way down. I had kundalini activation by doing that for about 15 minutes. Once i activated my chakras the energy started flowing so smoothly. The energy flows seamlessly with intention, it activates an energy system as most here know referred to as “kundalini activation”. It was all breath work that allowed me to explore that stuff. Also before meditation. I’ll do that same technique for the first 3 minutes or so when we start a group meditation or if I’m meditating by myself. We kind of all do our own version of that before a meditation. Especially if it’s a guided group meditation. Everyone is a pro in the group sessions I’ve been in. I feel like I can do 3 really large deep breaths if it’s a rushed altered state. For example, sometimes healing work latches on like quick. I’ll just barely get through my breaths and Arch Angel invoking for protection before I latch onto an energy in a group setting. It makes it difficult sometimes to do group reiki, lol. But I’m so happy that we’ve had such an awesome experience together. Everything that has happened, happened for a reason. Guided by our “reiki master teacher 👨🏫 “ Bret’s humble, he’s a master @scolere06. ❤️ 💡:) I’m excited about breath-work, I guess. Thanks for sharing that Emily.
