Has anyone been dealing with night terrors? I’ve been told that I have been yelling, screaming and crying in my sleep but when I wake up I don’t remember doing any of this. I’m just wondering if anyone else has gone through this and what this could be from? Or what am I going through.
I feel like something really weird is going on. I have been having very crazy dreams and either talking and laughing in my sleep or yelling. And this is on a nightly basis
@lighthealer_arkie I wanted to provide an update since doing Steve’s meditations I have not had one night terror. Still astral travel nightly and often the same place, but no terrors or negative encounters. Thank you! 🙏✨💞✨

Between those two I’ve not had a single night terror or negative encounters during astral travels. I’m so grateful to this truly amazing and loving Community!!! ✨💜✨🥰
