Has anyone been dealing with night terrors? I’ve been told that I have been yelling, screaming and crying in my sleep but when I wake up I don’t remember doing any of this. I’m just wondering if anyone else has gone through this and what this could be from? Or what am I going through.
Hi Rebecca. I haven't had this happen to me but my intuitive sense is that it could be related to a past life trauma. If you want, I can look into it and see what I understand and might clear for you.

@rebeccasn216 I have and they are terrifying. Last week I woke up screaming hysterically, I was inconsolable and stayed up all night with the lights on. Here’s what I changed, each night just before sleep I set my intentions and state specifically what I want to be shown and where I want to go in my astral travels, nothing negative. I also ask my Pleiadian family, Spirit Guides and Yeshua to protect me in my travels and surround me with white light. I have not had one sense. Good Luck dear Soul. @s-daniels I replied to the Post above. I’m new to this Community and have not quiet figured out how to reply to multiple people without hand writing their @ and then typing it back in. LOL I would love to know what you are able to see, is this Past Life Regression? I’m certainly being psychically attacked at night in my astral travels. I’ve pissed off some reptilian entities by discovering them in my loved ones and removing the attachments … now, they are entering my dreams. It’s not a good experience and I’m working on overcoming the fears. This is something I’ve dealt with before and felt like my fear stems from a past life event. I’m very curious to learn more and try and release whatever the trauma was so I can move on.

I think @s-daniels works wonders for you @rebeccasn216 and @kyoung1995. For others with similar problems: My 19-yo daughter told me a few weeks ago she always has night terrors. I adviced her to do a Steve Noble, 15 minutes triple shield meditation. Since then they are gone! Wish she told me earlier though 😉 It was this one:

Keep track of what you eat. If I ate pork at night, i would have nightmares. I stopped eating this meat type, then went away. But Sandra Daniels is most likely to be right ( past life trauma ). She's so good at what she does!
When I was doing a Vipassana meditation course I was having terrible night terrors, the kind of dreams that are horror movies. This was Normal apparently as you are opening your third eye from 10 hours of meditation a day. I also have night terrors when I’m detoxing. Hope that helps and hope you get some answers from your session.
