How has your understanding of universal energy changed over time? What sparked the most profound shift for you?

@chinchin Thank you for that question. I find there to be 7 universal laws that we see play out over and over again in people who achieve great things. I wrote a book with the help of Bashar and some other people I work with and it has those laws. for example, a summary of a few of the laws: The math of this reality only proves perfection. There are periods of disorder or entropy in quantum physics terms, but the disorder always evolves into new forms of order. This makes me believe that the universe is always conspiring in our favor and that everything that happens is the most perfect thing that can happen. The math proves it! Perhaps that's the greatest secret because everyone can lighten up and live life in a more empowering way.

Since I started meditating, letting go of my past and being focused on being present. I have built a strong healthy relationship with everyone I interact with, even though I’m suffering in pain. I learned kindness is the most valuable asset we have as humans, it’s a priceless gift you can share that costs you absolutely nothing. The power of thought is amazing and staying focused on not reacting negatively is such a powerful thing. I have mental disorders and since I found this shift in universal energy, they are a lot easier to manage. 

@chinchin Initially, I saw it as something “out there” to tap into, but over time, I realized that it's more about attuning to our inner selves and aligning with the flow of the universe.

The most profound shift came when I truly understood that energy is not just something we interact with—it's something we embody and co-create with. The realization that we are all constantly exchanging energy, both with the Earth and each other, opened up a deeper sense of unity and responsibility. 🌌💫

@chinchin I think my understanding has changed a lot - especially over the last five years or so.  Those are definitely two big questions.  I would just like to share as far as my spiritual growth, I definitely need to give credit to Elizabeth and other beautiful and wonderful people I follow.  Anyway, these are wonderful questions.  Thank you for bringing up this topic.
