How do you maintain a positive mindset during difficult times?
@chinchin Good topic. I think we all struggle with this daily on some level. 3d life is difficult. I try to lean heavily on my higher self and the divine. Those are the times for me when I get really deep in my conversations with myself and source. I’m on a Saint Germaine kick currently. Requesting the Gold Violet Flame to transform or transmute the energies associated with the challenges that Im faced with. One tool out of many I guess. I call in Arch Angel support as well. I think when times get tough our answers are within ourselves, our guides and the Divine Spirit. It’s a mental Universe. I guess the battle is with ourselves and trying to find peace in the situation. That’s definitely where I’ll call out for help within the esoteric and divine planes. We’re blessed to have this forum where we can table these kinds of topics with each other and that’s a huge help as well as we navigate through our challenges. 🙂 my take.
@chinchin To maintain a positive mindset during difficult times is very hard to do but you need to help yourself to do it. You need to push yourself to do it because no one can do it for you. Do something fun and new that will divert your focus and energy on. Stay connected with loved ones. Always remember that everything is just temporary. 😊
Love your answers Nick and Lynn! To go within is certainly true, and to focus on what you want (manifesting). Ask for help from the Angels and let your future self comfort you. What i did in the past years in difficult times was just ask random people in this community to send love, and boy that really helped! Still very grateful for you guys ❤️ Then there's always "You're not dying, you're just waking up " to peek into. Or do an EA workshop.
