@chinchin Oh man. Good one:) You have the best In-depth topics that make you think. Wow. What a topic.
I mean, we are constantly trying to improve and heal. It can be easy to fall into that trap of thinking that we are messing up or not where we want to be. Balancing that with self-acceptance and self-love can be challenging. I feel like part of that is loving ourselves unconditionally. Regardless of our perceived failures or lessons learned. I think if our growth is rooted in love and self love that could be the balance maybe? Finding that balance is the key but loving ourselves unconditionally like we love others is so important during times of growth and healing for sure. Coming from someone who struggles with balance:) lol
