How do you balance the need for action and the need for rest?
@chinchin Dude. Good one. Man, that balance… I struggle with this topic. I want to take action on everything. But I need rest and recovery to be able to take action at all. It’s like that old saying, in reference to a inflight mishap? “ You have to put on your oxygen mask first before you can help another put theirs on”. I guess that applies to us too on our flights to our ascensions 🙂 Spiritual oxygen masks? Meditation for me. I don’t sleep well. I’ll astral travel more than I sleep now a days, although Reiki has helped me a ton. Rest in solitude helps me too. Just being by myself or alone in nature. Nature allows me to connect with my elemental family which replenishes my spirit and drive to accomplish my mission here for Gaia. At rest, I’m constantly connecting with my galactic family and guides to gain information and direction so that I can take effective action. I try to be intentional about my action. I want to take action to accomplish an outcome that will support my goal. I look at it from the end goal in mind, back to the first step of action. Then I’ll take the first step of action to achieve the goal. 🙂 and again , and again with as much rest and spiritual recovering as possible. The ascension is exhausting, lol. I feel like we have so many tools to support us that we can balance that line between rest and action through self love and the willingness to put our rest and recovering first. So that we can contribute to the collective at the highest level of love and light possible. In alignment with the Divine Spirit and Mother Father God/Source’s plan 💡 ❤️
