Often, while sleeping and then waking with my eyes closed, I see flashes of neon colors, geometrical shapes, and numbers. I've only noticed this in the past year. Am I being downloaded? If so, what could it mean?
@shirleynichol Hey. Good question. I go through the same type of thing. I’ll get downloads and I won’t know exactly what I’ve been given until I come across a situation where I have the information and can utilize it. How are your activations and all that going? I started experiencing that after I learned how to meditate and got my third eye and some chakras activated. I’ll get them in meditation and during sleep. In meditation my body will twitch and my third eye will contract and twitch too when I’m receiving information or energy. The energy coming in right now is activating a lot of starseeds and opening us all up for more and more ascension related activations and downloads for sure:) Could also be your galactic family working on you at night. They’ll visit their starseeds and perform healing and activations on them while we’re sleeping as well. Could be both:)
