Connecting to your soul family meditation

I meditated the connect to your soul family on EA's website, not sure if that was a mistake to meditate this? I enjoyed the meditation BUT I had tears running down my face and my experience was not as clear literally as I would have liked.....First once I landed that the meditation brings you through and the meditation asked me about what I looked like all I could see was my feet which were very blue and more than five toes.... trying to look around seemed night time and blur, I could not see much it was not focused at all, I did see some very faint faces slightly come into focus but not a whole face just the very beginning to show a actual face...it almost felt like I could see but something blocked me from completely seeing everything or it was a diminished planet possibly it did not feel alive or thriving if that makes sense.....  so weird I never ever experienced anything like this, no way expected it! When the meditation says its time to depart that is when I started crying like without any thought to it at all....I did feel some loving embrace as I departed but geese I really would like to know what part of my souls life was this so interesting and amazing I will never forget!!!!
