Probably. I bet you get the feeling someone is watching you but no one is there
It depends....
One can perceive but not engage.
Its like the sensation of the water of your mind being disturbed.
Its subtle and should be acknowledged
To allow further experiences to manifest.
And one can engage but not be perceived.
With intention placed upon different timelines or higher frequencies.
We are bound by the two functions of mind
1) once we seen them, they see us
Is the timing right to been seen?
2) we will only perceive what we are ready to accept
sometimes information can enter the higher frequencies of self and not the conscious mind.
