I have been experiencing some really weird awakening symptoms. Feeling extremely tired (even after more than a full night's rest). Extreme mood swings. Anxiety. Body aches. Body odors, etc. In the midst of these feelings, I have been finding it difficult to remember that I am going through a huge shift spiritually, mentally and physically. When asking my guides what is happening with me I was given the word "transmutation." I googled the definition. "The action of changing or the state of being changed into another form." "The conversion or transformation of one species into another." It reminded me of the painful metamorphosis of a caterpillar to a butterfly. I hope to give myself grace and understanding through this and appreciate any guidance or support. Thank you and love you all.
