Tips/tools to help with ascension symptoms

Hello beautiful souls!

First of all disclaimer:  I am not a doctor, this not intended to diagnose nor treat only to help with symptoms.  I am listing what has worked for me with my experience.

I feel I am "Preaching to the choir" as some would say to some.  So please, always takes what resonates and leave the rest. I truly feel that if you listen to your heart your higher soul will perk you ears to what might work for you, just calming the mind to hear your heart can be a challenge.

In the past I have always tried to honor boundaries and not offer unless asked... but I felt maybe it would be a good idea if we had a place to state what is working for to help with symptoms during this time after listening to EA a day ago in case bigger flares are coming.  I can not remember posting anything but Thank you and maybe blessings, on public platforms due to watching eyes that are not here for our highest evolution. I am very grateful for EA's platform and all the hard work and energy exchange that is involved in creating this space!

Some background information about me to know where I am coming from... One of my human roles on planet earth is working as a Register Nurse for 20yrs now.  Being born in the energy of a double Gemini I pick up things and patterns quickly and learn quickly. The reason I am telling you this is because I have worked from MICU to Cardiac ICU to Emergency Room to being a CM in all those areas due to getting bored easily and have not seen any protocols or education for geomagnetic events to help treat the population. Some of the facilities that I have worked are Cleveland Clinic, Kaiser - North and South, Scripps, Highland Hospital-Oakland, Summit Health, Presbyterian-New Mexico.

I currently help triage patients around the US from hospitals to Universities to private practices.  Having worked in these areas I have not seen any of the medical field address/nor currently see they are addressing the possible geomagnetic symptoms I am seeing going on with the people I assess during my calls. They are not acknowledging yet so there is not very much information out there about it when you ask "Dr.Google".  Some of these things that I have tried seem very simple but they actually work with some people and they are not costly.  So I thought I would start by listing what has worked for me and would love to hear what is working for others. 

One thing that I have been told is to ground, ground, ground.  Ground this new energy into Mother Gaia to assist with this evolution. 🙂 The energy moving through our bodies needs a place to go and if it is stuck in one of your chakras that can be an area of discomfort due to "bottle necking" of the energy coming in or a complete block.  I am still discovering unpacking how to deal with this and this is just what I have discovered. So I will list what works for me. Please respond if you are already doing it and if it works for you to help give others hope that this to shall pass! Also I encourage responding

1)  Grounding- Sea salt baths.  I get really generous with my salt.  I go to a natural food store and purchase a bag of sea salt and add at least 1 cup ( I use about 1.5 cups typically) to my bath water daily. I would also set the intention to ground before taking the bath.  I soak, meditate and release.  I was having a blockage or bottle neck at my sacral chakra area, I could barely get out of bed, turn or bend over.  Basically if I stood strait constantly... I was fine. LOL.  This soak helped me tremendously.  On a side note- going into nurse mode here- if you have any loss of sensation, numbness or tingling to any area below the are of discomfort that is new or worsening, then you I would recommend seeking further professional care. I seriously believe there is a place for professional medical care during extreme situations until the body can heal itself.   There is room for both and a need for both until we evolve and come on line and uncover all of the healing practices that are hidden from the great majority of people at this time.

2) Mediation/Grounding - Going into nature. If you can lay directly on the ground this works best. If you have a crystal such as a Lemurian crystal you can place in the ground below your root chakra (or if you are laying down you can bury it just barely in the earth under which ever chakra/area that is bothering you).  Then take a slow deep breath in and envision energy coming from source energy through your crown through all chakras filling my body with white or pink light or both. Then with slow deep breathing I breath in again and envision a tap root (roots if you are laying down) rooting into the earth going through the different layers down to the heart of Gaia, embracing her then on a inhale again I feature it returning up from Gaia going through my chakras back to source. I do this along as I can.

3) Headaches-  I take Magnesium L-Threonate (can be pricey but is less than missing a day of work if it works for you... just saying.) to help with the headaches it states it helps with mental stability.  A Sharp San Diego Neurologist has determined a cocktail that has Magnesium as the main ingredient takes care of her patient's migraines but unfortunately the world we are currently in does not value it unless it involves pharmaceutical.  Be warned that Magnesium Citrate is commonly used for more severe constipation in the medical system.  It WILL move your bowels and it does not appear that it is very well absorbed across the blood-brain barrier either, another words it will not make it to your brain where it is needed. So, I would not recommend Magnesium Citrate as a form of magnesium to take without a doctor's recommendation and it will make your already loose bowel movements worse. 

4) Upset stomach/GI tract- Live culture Pro-biotics.  It does not have to be the pricey ones in the glass jars.  It can be the culture drinks, yogurt.  Just look at the label to verify they have live cultures. Also, go to a store that takes care of their products, if you have that option.  Some stores let their dairy sit out in the heat and kill the live cultures.  These live cultures need to be keep refrigerated.

5) Diet- we can go days without food but not fluids.  So water, water, water.  I do not recommend tap water as you all know it has additives in it typically.  I find spring water works best for me but I do drink other forms of bottled water.  I recommend that IF you have the option or can afford it to get glass bottled water over plastic.  If you feel like you want to eat and your stomach/digestive track is upset then I would recommend sticking with carbs... crackers, bread, cereals, pasta. Also if you are having diarrhea- fluid really loose bowel movements then I would incorporate at least a banana a day also into my diet. Bananas help with natural potassium (which you can loose with diarrhea) and can help calm the digestive track. You can also eat potatoes for potassium. Potassium supplements are NOT recommended unless directed by a doctor due to the effects it has on the heart. To let you know how potent potassium is on the heart... Potassium Chloride for Lethal Injection when sentence to death.

@lko2020 Yeeh i fully resonate with all your points!! Agree with the sea salt bath, it's number one indeed. Addition: pee a little bit in the bath. For multiple advantages. @magnesium you can eat more avocados. Tap water in my country is good, but swirl/stir it first to put your loving and healing intentions into it. Thank you so much iko 😘

@lko2020 Hello Laura. I am also an RN since 1985. Neuroscience ICU, MICU, Trauma, and CM like you! I am a certified holistic nurse and just became a Nurse Coach in 2020. Work on line helping nurses in this crazy time. 

One thing I learned is that in ascension or awakening consciousness, we have feelings, tension, and stress in our body that are coming out. We often create thoughts around them with stories, when we should just honor them and be confident that they are leaving. The best thing to do is take care of our bodies while this is happening. It will get better Your suggestions are great.

One story I have is 2 years of severe quad pain in both legs. I rolled them causing me to cry with grief -(didn't make sense), exercised, and stretched. Sometimes used Salonpas. Once I realized what they were they began to go away.
