I think I went through a kundalini awakening not long ago

This happened to me during my fasting in the month of December. I remember coming home and sitting down and feeling so overwhelmed in the space that I had to leave the house. I told my husband I needed to get away and I didn’t feel safe around anyone. He wouldn’t let me drive and instead he drove me around. I told him he must promise me that no matter what happens he can’t not take me to the hospital!!! He promised me. During this time my body felt like it was on fire and my whole being was turning into liquid heat. I was in such pain that I had never experienced before in my lifetime. I felt like I was leaking boiling fluid from every single hole in my body and I wanted to die. I just wanted this to stop. I remember sitting in my car while my husband watched me and with my legs curled up into my body, just kicking my dash with all my might and then crying and sobbing that something was really wrong here and I was scared.
