Hello, I was looking videos up trying to find the best ones for help with meditation or healing music and stuff like that, to help with the ascension symptoms I'm having. Help with healing in everyway and different things. Chord cutting, chakra toning, relaxation and stuff. I want to have go to videos, not just listen to whatever I find. So just thought people can add some of their favorites on here for others to try. I just found this channel called The Power of You. It has some cool binaural beats and stuff. I'm loving it. They have every kind of meditations it seems for what I'm looking for like protection, chord cutting, trauma releasing and so on, and they call in Ascended Masters to help with it. I love their voices too, it's a man and woman. They also have an additional channel called Divine Light Spirit.. https://www.youtube.com/@DivineLightSpirit. I just became aware of it today. Oh there are many, all with different purposes. For healing physical complaints I recommend the solfeggio frequencies.
For your chakra cleaning, rebalancing, energizing etc. these singing bowls video is awesome.

@lighthealer_arkie Yeah I saw you post the Dynast Electrik link somewhere else, and I have been listening to the chakra healing singing bowls one in the mornings as I sit outside in the morning with my feet on the bare earth as the sun is coming up while drinking my coffee. It's nice.
If you're really down or heavily depressed, I'd suggest listening to one of my faves Allison Coe. Just love to hear her speaking. Just love her! She's a QHHT past life practitioner. This was the best peptalk in '21 but still applies for now plus the next 10 years.
@rainyangel616 What's up Angie. So many frequencies to choose from. I listen to frequencies every day personally. Whatever I'm feeling in that moment. Healing 528hz, third eye activation in the higher 1000's etc. I usually listen to the frequency that support the stage of ascension I'm in at the time. Healing frequencies for healing, chakra frequencies for chakra activate, Kundaline frequencies for Kundalini activation, third eye frequencies for Third Eye activation, Mercaba frequencies for Mercaba activation, 12 strand DNA frequencies for DNA activation, Crystalline frequencies for Crystalline activation. And so on. You can search any of those frequencies on Youtube and they'll pop up right away. Headphones are a must. It's helpful to support activations with a vibration. You can use singling bowls too or even a low deep rumble hum. Like a soft growl resulting in a vibration. Hope this helps a little. 🙂
