My ears both are constantly ringing. If i meditate or draw in good energies it gets louder. I generally dont sleep well. I can fall asleep at times of the day but i dont, but when its time to sleep at night no way.itd like 3.30 in the morning here and i need to be up in four hours. Any advice or possible guidance as to why this is so
I am having the same issue! It is SO LOUD in my head right now. I feel tingly in my auric field and some expansion feeling that is new to me. I'm grateful to see that someone else with this(sorry!) because I thought I might have tinnitus. Sounds like a frequency tune up from the major solar flares in the last 24 hours!
@rodford2000 @palosanto Can be annoying when the ear chakras are opening. Use the Search function on the top right and type "ringing". Much is written already. If you want to ameliorate it a bit, massage the acupuncture points around the ear a bit using your thumbs. Search a picture on the internet for these points or better use your intuition. The more sensitive a point is the more it has to be massaged. Your intuition will say when it's enough. Thumb of rule is about 20-30 seconds. Also massage the neck in this way.

@rodford2000 @palosanto Another trick to soften the ear ringing is to put a piece of a cut onion inside the ears. Making use of the healing properties of onions.
To be honest, thanks for all the replies. The ringing and sleep r two different issues for me. I spoke wrongly in the way i come across. The ear ringing has been noticable for a couple years but louder recently which i wondered about. Really doesn't bother me but i know it does alot of people.i assume im picking up some frequencies its in both ears. If i meditate or go into a crystal shop they scream. I hear all the crystals singing. Was wondering on this i guess . Also the sleep is annoying but i guess separate as its a couple decades going on. Thanks everyone for your replies. Was mainly looking to why the ears increase recently or under higher energy intakes.
Have you also experienced ear popping? Is this related at all or does anyone know what that may indicate?
Ear ringing happens when you shift to higher frequency timelines or your guides are talking to you. It’s normal.
when frequencies, codes are downloaded to you or you are highly aligned with earth frequency jump, sometimes hard to go to sleep, that’s normal, find some things to do instead of force yourself to go to sleep. It might last a few days and go back to a normal sleep cycle.
