Body tingling during conversation.

Hi 

Thus happened during a conversation with my wife and daughter about my wife's passed mother and father being with her at her reading a few hour's prior.

My body started tingling like an electric shock up from my feet to my head and them inside my head was tingling even after the body stopped. The whole thing lasted but 10 secs. Like a pins and needles feeling. It was quite sudden and severe so it shocked me.

Any ideas what this may have been please?
