Did anyone else get hit hard over the last few days??
I woke up inexplicably sore on Monday & now today (Tuesday 8/20/24) I feel like I got hit by a truck!
For once I have laid low and cant rationalize this one away with my 3D mind. Seems like ascension symptoms... either that or I have entered the ultimate full contact Ro Sham Bo in the astral realms and have met my match... :')
Yeah here aswell. Last night soo much happened, and i was completly beat ..i almost could not get out of bed this morning. My body hurt, i was so tierd i was asking my guides for like some intensive care this morning.. took me half the day and several liters of water to feel a lil better.
But i remember what happened, and for me it was several dna upgrades last night, so it is good things happening. My guides woke me up a few times showing me a glass of water, and a few times i could feel them pooring water over me.. so hydration is so important right now. Visualise the water as glowing and beeing all that you need and the highest best for you etc. Also i dont think we can sleep enough right now.
I also remember a lot of us on a boat, travelling, and the sun was shining on us intensly.. and we were all so sleepy.. so we were sleeping in the sunshine on this boat while outside the body.. i also remember walking on new earth that was soo beautiful, in full bloom, vibrant colours that we dont even have, the enrgies light and easy, i was feeling like i could fly almost, happy and light att heart.
So its good to be this tierd i think.. it means we are beeing made ready for the shift to 5D and new earth, the big timeline jump, the solar flash ascension ..or what ever you want to call it 🙂

I do look forward to more recollection of such events, sounds amazing! I do think as of now though I am blocking myself as a ton is shifting and moving in 3D plus ascension fatigue is aready all I can take with out more information and memories coming through from my wild night time shannagins.
Part of me is so curious and so excited and the other part of me gets to the end of the day and its like... yeah, nah how bout my head hits the pillow and I wake up when my alarm goes off. 🙂

We are ascending WITH a human body, that was 3D to beginn with, its gonna be tough some days.. but never more than we can handle. Today has been easier fo me, i think cause i told my guides i need a lil bit of a break.. but i am ready for more, i want all the updates, i want to help as much as i can with the ascension 🙂
I think if you asked your guides or Archangel Michael or somebody else from the highest light, to please show you some litle bit of what they know you can handle, you would get to keep some small memorie if you wanted to. 🙂 (you could keep it all if you wanted to probably, but if you dont feel like you want that, you could just ask for a small bit also). 🙂
@justinsellers82 I have not had a sore throat; but I have had an unusual fatigue, etc. I was attributing it to Lions Gate and the recent full moon. It would be interesting to hear what others are going through. Thank you for bringing this up.
@justinsellers82 I’m relieved to know it’s not just me. There are days when I wake up feeling incredibly tired. It’s crazy!

I have been intuitively drawn to do something similar, however, this is much more expansive and codified.
I have been hit my major fatigue again this week so I am definitely going to give this a daily go for awhile & see what happens.
It seems my 3D work horse period of life is going to have to come to an end. I had to make a very 3D push this week and it felt like it almost killed me! Alot of acceptance and belief changes I am still trying to rewire being a recovered workaholic and wrapping my self worth up into very 3D doing for the vast majority of my life.
Hope everyone is hanging in there, if anyone gives this practice ago let me know what you experience.
