In the past few days I've had heavy psychic attacks, and super heavy but unexplainable heavy emotions, almost like an impending doom...sometimes I do get a little of this when something negative is abt to happen but this feels so heavy like a big weight of both anxiety and grief. I feel like I am going to break into tears at any moment and I can't even explain why. Not sure if this something bleeding over from a parallel life or what. Is anyone else feeling this way? I am so badly. The anxiety is disrupting my whole life. All I can do is pace, cry and worry. I am losing time with my son because I cannot relax. It's been a full week of pure panic. I am on anti depressants and they increased me but that is hard to. I am just so tired.
@benjimeluve I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through this! It might help to talk to your healthcare provider about how you're feeling, especially with the change in your medication.
