I wanted to start a conversation about journaling through the ascension journey. 🙂
As you all know, this is quite the discovery process that we are all going through together. To learn everything that we’ve all come across in the last 3 years is ridiculous. Total paradigm shift. It’s a lot to process. A tool that I’ve found useful to help in multiple ways is a journal. I’ll attach a pic of my Ascension Journal. I bought this journal in Joshua Tree, Ca. Just felt right. They have a cool rock shop there. It has crystals embedded and I use an Amethyst crystal pen. I probably need to get a new pen 🖊️ soon:)
I’ll journal anything worth journaling. Totally going by feel. The awe hahs and visions end up there. I sketch my visions. I’ll use the journal as a manifesting tool as well. I’ll list my desired outcomes and desired emotional states. Part of my daily Mantra… Peace, love, happiness, abundance, gratitude, balance, joy and excitement. I make it known to the universe that my intention is to manifest outcomes full of the above emotions. ❤️ 💕 💡
The education process and the inner detective 🕵️♀️ work can be a lot too. I’ve solved many of my riddles by looking back at previous journal entries. I went back and relived the entire process of me reuniting with my soul twin ❤️. All the sketches, all the channelings. Everything was correct in the way of clairaudience and the information provided to me by my guides. I wouldn’t be able to know that and Embody that experience fully if I didn’t have literally every notable peace of information and collaborating evidences that I could ever desire. My journal is solving riddles for me daily. I have my notes from Lilys StarSeed origin reading she did on me. 🙂 @lilynovastarseed ❤️.
Anyone have a journal or are documenting the things that they are experiencing during this ascension? Creative expressions? sketches? meditation notes? For those that do, are you using paper, an app, voice recorder? What is working for you? 🙂
Anyone curious about starting to journal? Maybe getting into new artistically creative areas? Painting, writing, music etc?
Anyone else have an incredible drive to try to understand the messages and visions they receive? Through psychic activity, in meditation?
