What are humans designed to be eating?
FOOD. What are humans actually designed to be eating to nourish and sustain the bodys health? Is it true that foods we think are 'healthy' like some vegeies and nuts/seeds are causing inflammation in the gut? Are fermented foods actually better for us?
There are so many diets that people claim are the best and that have cured illness eg vegan diet, the carnivorous diet, the carb free diet, the wholefood diet ECT.
I'm not talking about fast food at all, I'm talking about potatoes, rice, eggs, fish, meet, cucumber, tomatoes, pumpkin, oranges, apples, animal milk, plant milk, cheese, oils ECT
I do my best to tune into my body and feed it what she needs. Wish there was a manual for what this human body is actually designed to consume. Thank you so much 🙏
@kimberlyparkphotography Very good question! But I'm afraid there is no answer for this, because every human is different. EA mentioned this a lot in her videos. Use your intuition and discernment. Although my intuition says vegetarian food is better for health and spiritual awakening, it's also true that i believe we shouldn't be dependent on food. First we can transmute everything, second be aware this is a matrix, an illusion, all is energy ( to be manipulated by... us!) So, i eat what i like and enjoy, and ask my body what it needs in the present moment. Bless my food. And always thank mother Earth for growing it for me.
Also, if we recover from trauma, like illness or heavy physical labor, the body needs more proteins. I do think it's the same if you are clearing Karma which comes with unease. So it's def not every day the same. Hope your body or intuition will choose the best for that particular moment. I also believe that fasting will reset your body totally and start any healing process.

Go in deep meditation and bless all food you took today, with Unconditional Love, gratitude for Mother Earth and Healing Source Light frequencies in all dimensions. Then simply do the same for anything you took in the past. After that bless all future food the same way!
Now you're done and I sometimes still bless my food, or send White Light through it. The goal is you will never regret it if you forget to bless your food before eating.
