Vibration vs, Dimension

Hi EA & Team- 

I am new here and am very much enjoying my awakening journey.  I have a Question.  Could you please explain the correlation between vibration and dimension.  I'm trying to understand in my human mind for example - How are reptilians of a lower vibration yet part of a higher dimension than us? And If we are working on increasing our own individual vibration at what point does this lift us into a higher dimension.  Thank you so much EA for sharing all your knowledge I just cannot seem to get enough of this if feels so fulfilling.
