When practicing gratitude, who are you grateful for, what & why?
If you're putting too much energy into gratitude for a group that you are unsure of, or have never received a download of unconditional love from... keep in mind, you are bringing it to 5D Earth!
Leave behind the things that give you pause, that feel unsure. (I am not speaking of the GFL here) Let go of what does not serve you, no matter how often you see it. Bring love & light, healing & hope, compassion & understanding, and joy & abundance.
If it doesn't feel like love for everyone, it doesn't serve anyone.

@kendall I appreciate and like what you wrote. I am trying to use discernment, but it is difficult at times. What you wrote is helpful. Thanks for taking your time to help everyone.
