Hello fellow star seeds!
Im bothered by this unsolved mystery of my past. I still feel this anxiousness of not really knowing what happened, why and how it still affects my subconscious. Therefore not knowing how to heal from it. If you have any related experiences or want to tune into what happened or guess to who this spirit was would be greatly appreciated!
In a small town called Joseph Oregon, between the ages of 1 & 3. I have faint memories of seeing the guardian angels of others and being watched by my own. That’s not what I’m here for though, during this same time I saw what I called the “bad man” as a child. Scaring my mother into having me see a doctor/ therapist in that small town.
Amazingly after forgetting my childhood memories of seeing angels, I visited my childhood home town about 10 years later and seeing my therapist office triggered me into asking my mom why I was drawn to it. She was shocked and told me all about seeing angels and that I was constantly scared by “bad man”. As I child I reported that he was communicating with me and asking me questions about what I was telling the therapist.
That sums up what I understand but to give more context, this was also during more trauma of abandonment & neglect. The separation of my mom and dad also took place.
So my questions are:
1. Who was this “bad man”? A lost spirit in the “in between”? A darker entity attachment? My traumas manifesting into my imagination?
2. Besides that I could see him, was there any other reason for interaction?
3. How can I let go of this anxiousness?
4. What was the purpose for this experience
Again, I deeply appreciate any insight and or shared stories of what we see beyond the vail. 🙇♀️

I see that this is your first post. Welcome to this beautiful community.
I find your experience interesting and the fact that you seek to resolve this event feels to me like you're ready to face it.
I'm not an expert in past traumas or anything like that. The only thing I can offer you is a possible perspective. I don't think I've ever had an experience with a dark entity. Or if I have, I've never realized it. So I don't tend to go in that direction when I'm trying to understand a strange event. Instead, I tend to turn to the ET side. I'm realizing that I've been abducted all my life. Faint memories are coming back to me.
I read your post yesterday and took the time to think about it before sharing my idea. Take it or leave it, the choice is yours and I will fully respect it. I don't even know if it will be relevant, but that's not for me to decide.
You used to see guardian angels. And then there was the "bad man". I don't know if you called him "the bad man" because he looked scary or because he gave off bad vibes. Suppose the beings you saw were all Ets. Pleadians are said to be very beautiful, human-looking Ets. Since they have high vibrations and we have lower ones, they probably "shine" in our eyes. We might think of them as angels. On the other hand, take a tall Gray. By human standards, they're pretty scary looking, and many people call them "demons" and are terrified of them. Maybe the "bad guy" was a "scary" ET who was also watching over you and interacting with you.
This is just an idea. Have you ever consider having a regression to revisit this event in your life? If you're considering this option, I'd suggest that you find a therapist who is open-minded when it comes to Ets because that's one of the things you could find. Or not. Again, it's just an idea that I'm sharing here.
I've been completely terrified of the Grays for most of my life. I finally resolved that fear just a few months ago. That's why I'm sharing this idea with you.

ET’s has crossed my mind for those younger memories & there’s been others times in my life that I believe there was activity. Seeing the ufo a few years ago really sparked my awakening.
I guess I’ve been limited into believing what’s been told to me and it feels better to expand my view into other possibilities like this one.
I didn’t get much from my first past life regression but still hopeful to the future experience of having one. I’ve followed Dolores cannon and of course EA now and it’s so fascinating!
I’ll keep my mind open to the possibility & all others as I continue to meditate on this. Thank you again for your time & perspective. 😊
