Hi EA community:). I wanted to open up a discussion on Shadow Work and the darker energies that we may come across during our ascension process. As we all know trauma and attachments can be challenging to clear as we get into our activations. We run into different things in group sessions all the time. It’s a difficult topic because attachments and shadow work is uncomfortable. We are all here to bounce these topics off each other though so I wanted to start the conversation.
Anyone want to share anything on this topic. For me personally, I had dark attachments that were holding me back. Patrice cleared them for me and it changed the game for me. My activations took off after Patrice cleared the attachments for me. Patrice also fixed some leaks in my energy field. I’ll tag Patrice @patricekrysztofiak because this is his area of expertise. Let’s get comfortable with the uncomfortable. Any questions or experiences are requested from the EA community members. Safe space here:) We all have these on some level. Very important topic for us all. ❤️
A little background for those not hip of this stuff. We acquire attachments, imprints, tags, implants and other dense energies that block some of our abilities to activate fully. We may have that last chakra that isn’t lit or spinning the right direction due to trauma or another source of a blockage.

Yes, i see objects around or on people, the objects (triangles, thorns, circles, emojis, insects like ticks), represent things to be cleaned up. I see that everywhere (i m still learning on how to deactivate this in regular life, because sometimes i see things on people at the store 😂😂😂). I can see it remotely too since we are all connected.

@patricekrysztofiak ouuu I'd love to see that! I see orbs and can feel energy and others emotions. But I love to see my aura etc. I'm also a visual learner so maybe that's why it's so interesting ✨️👽
@cssndrk Awesome. Good 👍 deal. You’re on it. With your energetic hygiene you can feel pretty confident in your shadow work. The way you’re clearing your environment and crystals is perfect. 🙂 ❤️
@rainyangel616 Hey Angie. Is this similar to the pendulum holders you have? Or do you have the metal kind? I got these from Amazon. It was like an 8 pack with black and brown assorted.
@nickq1233 Yes it is. I got a two pack. I want more cuz I have a lot of small crystals and stones. I was wondering, I'm working on my root chakra, so what do I do with the other chakras? Just close them off, ignore them..ha. I feel like I might close off connection or something.
@cssndrk Yes, totally used to be in nature more and I know how much working out would help sooo much. The get going again is not that easy. I actually just did a walk jog around the block. A miracle! Used to do it regularly a few years ago. I wonder if all this baggage is exemplifying the roughness of the ascension symptoms. Most likely. So getting my heart pumping again is essential during shadow work I think. I'm going to take pics of my journey of healing and getting into shape. People used to say I glowed.
@rainyangel616 Nice. I use these all every day. Don’t worry about closing anything off. It works well to start with the root and work your way up. Like hold space and intention on the chakra , call in AA Metatron, AA Sandalphon, AA Michael and visualize the chakras light up and rotate clockwise. I’ll attached a sketch for visualizations. Then just work your way up, Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye, Crown.
@cssndrk Thank you so much Cassanda, I appreciate it. It is the biggest part of my healing process is to start connecting to, and reaching out to others as I haven't had that at all, or done that most of my life. Fear will kill you. The guided meditation I found yesterday was all focused on healing those parts. I'm going to do it everyday. People say talk anytime and things like that and usually my first thought is I probably never will, I'm so alone etc. So backwards. Like feeling alone, and yet pushing everyone away.
I am getting rid of that block once and for all. I have no evident psychic skills either right now. It'll come as we heal more and raise our vibrations. Being you is all that you need to do though. You have compassion and caring, and experience with pain, and can totally help others by being you. You've helped me by saying you're there if I want to message. I think if we get rid of the crap that blocks our true selves, we naturally have gifts that help others.
I want to go to the streets and touch homeless addicts with light, just by hanging out with them again, when it's time. Maybe hand out crystals.ha Volunteer there, maybe at the domestic abuse shelter as well. I used to be a homeless alcoholic. I want to go to the animal shelters as well, and give them love and light, maybe in essence helping them around the globe by helping here? Just like as we heal, we heal others in the universe you know? I think that might apply to animals. I have to focus on my healing right now though and become strong enough.
@nickq1233 Thank you Nick for the advice, will do. You are really coming along with all of your abilities. Just in the past few months especially right? Seems you're getting new ones all of the time. I know there's a lot waiting for me to come around as well. During the meditation when he was telling me to visualize being in a great hall or temple or something surrounded by angels, I almost could feel like they were so happy I was finally there, like it's about time Angela!
@nickq1233 That's is cool, thanks. I noticed you forgot to label the throat chakra? Did you notice? ha I think I have to also study more about each chakra, that would help. I do visualize. Kind of difficult. That guided meditation does bring in 6 arch angels, the earth and the central son and puts you in a blue sphere and all kinds of stuff. My brain felt mixed up with all this stuff I was supposed to visualize, like earth and sun grids grounding into my heart. How the hell? lol But it should get easier. I need to look that stuff up to maybe actually see a picture to put into my mind. Each one was holding a symbol to visualize as well, like an sword, or a silver chalice, or some other kind of symbols, and they came from different directions. I guess we can make up our own visualizations eventually, like personalize it. If I can't really visualize, I just practice allowing, and affirming. I don't want to force it, and feel frustrated. I'm sure my soul understands, even if I consciously don't. I think it's more about allowing and not pushing right? You said hold space, so like observe? I'm watching some of Lily's videos as well, checking her site out too. Have you noticed that I am using root chakra colors now? ha I will change my colors as I move to each chakra!
@nickq1233 So I think I might be going a little overboard with the crystals and stones, thinking I have to have all stones related to my root chakra for instance, or all the stones for emotional healing, or for protection or for whatever. You said black tourmaline is your go-to for protection, so I guess I can just choose the ones I like or resonate with the most and stick with those for the most part right? One stone for each thing. I keep thinking they all have these different properties and I have to choose the correct one for the particular thing. I am complicating things.
@cssndrk Cassandra, I read your info on Meet and Greet. I loved all you said. We definitely have a lot in common too. I feel this site saved me as well. One day I just had the huge urge to learn more than I knew, and really get into it this time. I stopped and started most of my life when it came to spirituality and natural healing and stuff. I remember reading the Power of Now and so many other teachings in my 20's. I guess it doesn't really stick until you need it the most. I also wanted to really understand what was going on in the world right now. One of the first things I saw was EA YouTube video, and the rest is history. Were all in this journey together. Thank God we're not really alone! That is the hardest thing to feel in this life, is the disconnection, the isolation, feeling like you're trapped inside yourself. That's what they have wanted. Makes me angry. They have another thing coming now. The shadows are being lit up. We're family!
@rainyangel616 Definitely. Good catch on the throat chakra. My brain doesn’t work all the time. Especially right now. I’m still recovering from everything that happened in Mount Shasta. Lol. Yeah, my abilities really came online strongly in the last 4-6 months progressively. Patrice @patricekrysztofiak cleared some blockages for me then I really took off. Lily @lilynovastarseed did my activations. I started noticing that I could heal people about 5 months ago. Then I realized that I could activate people too. I can clear attachments, cut cord etc. My clairvoyance and telepathy have taken off as well. I have like all the abilities now but I noticed it was a progressive thing. As I released trauma and developed emotionally I gained back more and more innate abilities. Now I’m pretty well rounded in everything which is nice. It really helps when communicating with my higher self , my guides and with my Telosion family. I’m much more at ease with ET contact now because I can communicate and understand them better. I feel like one of them now:). Technically I am but you know how it is incarnated into a human body. You experience so much separation from our galactic roots that it takes a while to come to terms that you are one of them. I’m working together with my family now. They are so supportive. You’ll notice as you reactivate the chakras , you’ll see your clairvoyance and psychic abilities come back first. Then healing, then activations. At least for me. Then it’s a learning process to better understand how to use them all. If you binge watch Lily’s activation videos on YouTube you can follow along. Starting with the chakras, merkaba, kundalini, dna, crystilline. 🙂 She does one on one sessions too which really help. She got to see me as a brand new green starseed. Lol. Then it’s just applying to grounding and activating the crystilline grid. The more people we get awakened and activated the faster we activate the 5th dimensional energies everywhere. We’re all focusing on our selves so that we can help the others to activate the grid:) Then we embody Christ consciousness and start making a larger impact on society. Transition from a Power over others society to a Service to others society. Filled with love, grace, peace, joy, excitement and abundance for all. True freedom.
