Regarding the Cataclysm (Future Prediction)

Obviously, we have to wait and see if the other predictions will happen first. However there was something bizarre regarding the cataclysmic event. The prediction went like this, "nope, we have gone through this before, and are not doing it again...mass spiritual awakening will occur." Do you think that this planet has been reset before? Perhaps we could be in a simulation/complex hologram (gateway process), or an illusion of some sorts? Reality sure is bizarre. Would like to hear everyone's thoughts and theories.
