On platforms like X or Instagram, I often see people talking about a huge shift into 5D, saying that if you don’t “do the work,” you won’t make it. They say you’ll end up stuck on some outdated version of Earth, kind of doomed. And if you haven’t already reached a certain level of spiritual growth, you have no chance anymore. Every time I read posts like this, it absolutely terrifies me. I start questioning everything about my journey—what if I don’t make it? How do I even know if I’m doing enough? These thoughts leave me feeling so stressed and anxious. I’ve always felt like these shifts are slow and gradual, like baby steps. What if I’m not evolving fast enough? It’s so confusing and makes me feel a little lost. Can someone please help me understand?
My understanding from Kerryk's youtube channel is that if you've let go of victimhood and judgement your going to 5D. If you haven't your going to 4D.
Between now and the Ascension point your going to have plenty of opportunities.
Another thing is that this is determined at the point of Ascension. Impossible to determine now...
I have also heard about this. My understanding is that we live in a dual reality that currently interpolates with each other, similar to a Venn Diagram. And supposedly this is the reason why you're seeing a lot of discourse in the world. From what I gathered, one reality is the "illusion" and the other is "truth," hence the low vs high vibrations. Most, if not everyone's beliefs are set, so they will go to the reality that they seek. I think you'll be fine, considering you're here. 🙂

I’ve had this problem for months now. In fact all the “you better be ready” talk has greatly discouraged me. I’m 81 and am an ACIM student and have been reading spiritual books for 60 years. What I don’t do is meditate or join any classes offered here or anywhere. Why, I can’t say. I’m also honest, I care for others and believe we are going 5D. But I’m human, have had anger and have my bouts of impatiens causing my share of emotional pain. What I can’t stand is the implied judgement. Maybe I need to join $1000 in courses. Pray a lot. Beg to go 5D. Which I do from time to time. Am I good enough, don’t know which is the cause of much doubt, increasing my fear and guilt which according to spiritual literature is the opposite of what we should be doing. I think warnings are an attack. Passive aggressive, yes even the ones from EA. I’m trying to relax into it. Accept myself with all my flaws. Most importantly forgive myself for what I didn’t do. Look at people as extensions of myself and forgive myself in them. That should do it. Don’t you think?
@23 I also think those thoughts. I get that it is important to learn lessons, etc., etc., but, like you said, how do you know if you are doing enough? I first want to say I think this is a great topic. Also, if it is okay to say, if you haven't already, I would love to see this question in the Ask the GF. I would love to hear their perspective.

@okydocky-3995 awww.. I truly don't know D: I am 20 years ago, trying to figure out life and problems.. but I guess if these issues and thoughts are not firmly addressed, they never go awayyy.. in any case, I do believe we are here with contracts which feel like firm points (anchoring points?) in our lives that guide us, meant to teach us lessons. Some taking a lifetime, others a decade, while other type of challenges and lessons a year, a month. But you are amazing! You went through so much most likely, and you are here with us, never giving up (:
