Nick, I finally pulled my IR googles out of the closet and opened the box. LOL. I was trying to sort out how to use them and within 5 or 10 seconds of looking up I had activity. I was in Mountain View, California (I work up in NorCal) so even with all the city lights/glow there's something there. I could also see flying insects, those are pretty easy to tell the difference. I haven't sorted out how to record yet so . . . no footage. I'm going to Montana after Labor Day so I expect to be dazzled with those dark skies. Last time I went with my buddies the subject of ufos came up. So I started pointing them out. We had a dozen flash bulbs and could request locations for flash bulbs to appear. We also had numerous crafts that would disappear in a specific spot. I can only assume this was a portal.

@nickq1233 Yeah definitely they were doing something, activating, idk what lol. When I left the window I was looking out, I went back into my bedroom and the energy in that room has always been stagnant and just... heavy. But the second i stepped into that room, it was incredible, everything felt so light and positive. Like the whole room had been uplifted or something.

I remember as I was falling asleep that night, and I was just about to drift into sleep, I heard a female voice talking about tests or something, to someone else maybe and it was like they were in a room or a room aboard a ship, maybe? and then when my mind had come to fully, awake and all, she then turned her attention to me and spoke directly to me and said, "We're going to run some fun tests, alright?" In a very excited tone of voice. I got the impression she wanted to see how I would react to something. Then a moment or two later my mind's eye filled up with these, I guess it was light language? Definitely an ET language. I didn't know what it said, couldn't decipher any of it, and I don't remember feeling much. But then, when the vision had gone, I felt and saw this pinpoint of light, almost like a vortex of light in my minds eye. It flashed then, and I had the feeling that it had just taken some sort of knowledge/information from my brain, like I felt an energy from my mind leave and was taken by the bright flash of light. Really interesting. Wonder what she was running tests for exactly, lol.

They are definitely all around me, above my house. Because last night I woke up in the middle of the night and walked into my living room and I remember feeling or just knowing quite profoundly in a claircognitive way that they were above me, like I could feel their light, my connection to them, way up in the sky/atmosphere.

Definitely will try meditating outside at night. 🙂 

@stevepariseau Awesome Steve. It’s amazing how fast you catch activity with infrared. They’ll cloak too so you may see them materialize for a second or flash at you then disappear. You should start posting your footage. Maybe meditate out there as well? Like before or after recording them. The more you interact the more they will feel comfortable interacting back. They don’t want to scare anyone so you kind of have to ask for it for them to really let loose. Sweet. I wanna see some footage, lol. 

@abby14 Dude, totally how it works. They’ll hove outside my bathroom window and do that. I’ll walk out sometimes at like midnight if I see them doing that through my window. Just to interact and to get the full effect of whatever they want to do. They don’t operate on our schedule though. Lol. They’ll do that stuff late at night, like… “come outside”.ha ha. I usually do it so they have me trained pretty well. Lol. You’re over hearing them too. Totally a thing. You’ll over hear them talking amongst them selves. Also taking to you of course. Sometimes I feel like they don’t always realize that we are psychic too and can hear them. Lol. The telepathy between them. Like you experienced. They come down to us at night to work on us and they’ll pull us up to the crafts to work on us. They can come down and be next to us without us knowing either. Ears ringing, energy changes in the room. You can tell when the environment changes in those ways. You’re handling all this really well. I had to take a leave from work and stuff when this all started happening. You’re just chillin. Lol. Awesome. Great to see you in the group session yesterday :).

@nickq1233 Yeah, they also told me to go outside or look outside the window and I was like "Uhh i'm tired no thanks" and went back to bed, lol. Think I'll try to take them up on those opportunities later on, though. I was too tired to go touside because the healing I received yesterday really did a number on me, in a good way ultimately. It was great to see you there as well. I felt the backlash from whatever attachment was in my head, and it started speaking to me, sometimes in a malicious way, sometimes in a way that was like, genuinely frightened by the love/light or presence of the positive beings around me, and the healing of course I was still getting, maybe me as well, Idk, it made some interesting comments. Other times it was just talking in a questioning way, like I was actually getting it to see the light side of things. Kept getting images of scaly skin. and I'm just saying... it didn't even feel like an entity, it felt like a being off in some other location. Some fear came up that I had to work through and release, from the old 2017 dark night but it was just a bump and I had to focus on recentering my energy the whole night mostly. I think the UFOs showed up were maybe my star family and they were just letting me know they were there for me through it, because as was looking out the window and spotting them, I was listening to music at the same time and the song that came up on my spotify was, "I'm with You" and I just had this on a random shuffle of all the songs on spotify.

@abby14 Hey Abby. Good seeing you today. That session was intense. For us both. Lol. That’s cool that your psychic abilities are online. I was just like that last night. Lol. Not wanting to go outside. They called me back outside last night after I had already uploaded a video that night. They were cool craft but it was super late. Ha ha. It makes the contact so much easier. We share some struggles on the reptilian stuff. Luckily we have help with that. 🙂 Lets get that taken care of for both of us. If you go to reiki tomorrow I can work on you too. I can lift some energies too, like Patrice. Not nearly as good as Patrice but I can help in the clearing effort. Clearing you helps clear me. How it works. 🙂 The ETs that are around you are benevolent. Like your ascension team. You resonate with Lyra right?

@nickq1233 Hi Nick, good seeing you today as well. Crazy how we both have the same/similar issue with the reptilian stuff, lol. I didn't expect that. Yep, definitely intense. Patrice definitely screamed some things out for me, for sure, lol, if i'm assuming correctly on how that healing work. Yeah, I'll be at the reiki tomorrow... I was always told "Born healer" etc by my guides but I am hesitant to try it out because of the way the intentions get twisted up from the reptilian attachment or whatever it is. Don't want to send that stuff out, like I mentioned today. Hope that makes sense. Don't enjoy talking about that aspect of it much. Had a revelation today while I was walking at sunset. I don't even need to speak to the thing, like, my soul just will speak for me. My guides keep telling me to "hush" in my head, and when I do this a voice will just come up from within me and speak for me, and I just have a knowing that it is my soul. When the reptilian tried to manipulate my energy as per usual *eye roll* lol, I just heard my soul speak, "You can't control me." Very firmly, and immediately an energetic boundary was put up just from the words alone.

Yeah, it definitely seemed like, at least from my visions that there were Lyrans coming through when they were doing the healing for me today. Felt like an indication of something deeper, like past lives, maybe? So yes, I realize I do resonate with Lyra.

I woke up at exactly 12:22 from this really interesting experience I really wanted to mention, involving the cosmic awakening doing their healings for everybody in the group. I woke up and I was viewing all (I'm getting chills rn) the spirit guides working on healing everybody on their end. It was really methodical and every body got their turn. I happened to wake up while it was somebody's dogs turn. A brown lab it looked like. Very cute. They're definitely doing their work up in the spirit world, it felt like. When I tried to check out closer and see if it was my turn, a female voice told me in a strict but still kind tone, "No, Abby, wait your turn." SO lol, I left them to their business. Don't know what woke me up, but it must've been for a reason to be able to view the spirit side of things. It's just reassuring also to see that they're constantly doing their work on us along with Patrice and everybody.

@abby14 Thats funny. Yeah, Patrice definitely screamed out some energy for yah. Lol. Trip about the reptilian stuff. I knew I had some issues with that. It’s not surprising to me. Federica was amazing like always. ❤️  How u feeling ? After things today? After More work done. I connected to you with Patrice today and I felt it release. I bet this is going to change things for you in a lot of great ways. It sucks having something attached dragging you down. Obviously, I’m dealing with similar stuff. We can relate in that way 🙂 Patrice is amazing at removing this stuff luckily. Bret is amazing at balancing energy after we get stuff removed. You’ll notice your activations will take off too. It’s always heal/activate. Heal more, activate more. You can absolutely perform healing ❤️‍🩹 through energy work.

They're all amazing, really grateful to have found this group. It's like my whole life has changed. I used to feel so different, even just a week ago. Feel like i'm capable of anything, my confidence has skyrocketed. Right now... I'm feeling some psychic pushback, that sick feeling in my head and chest has returned again but it's slight. I feel like my sensitivity to energy has skyrocketed too. Like for example, the house im in feels awful, lol, so I stay outside, and everytime I feel the breeze it's like mother gaia is healing me with the energy of the wind. It's so peaceful and soothing, and healing. I'm getting a lot more psychic experiences too, like especially during my sleep, I'll wake up or be woken up by different things, positive things. Odd that you said you felt it release? I didn't feel much of anything during the session. Must be that the healing is still coming through, maybe? I kept seeing the X in my head as I fell asleep tonight. Hmm.

What about you? How're you feeling with it?

Oh, Nick, thank you with the healing thing, but, well, let me try to explain. So it's like as soon as I have a good intention, that attachment in my head will automatically influence my thoughts into wanting to create another thought, and then it'll attach to that thought that's about to form, like before it's even been formed and is about anything at all, and takes control of it and turns it into something terrible, and twists it into an intention that is terrible. And you'd think it's just a matter of ignoring it and doing what you want instead, but it's like that negative intention that was just made, the energy of it feels 'sticky' like Patrice described, like it's magnetic and my mind/point of consciousness will be drawn to it and I'll express it in my head despite not wanting to, thus letting that energy out into the world. I don't want to let that energy out here, especially when I have my mind focused on the group or a specific person. I'm not in a good place to heal back. I really want to though, but idk. Every moment I think, I have to deal with that attachment and it's just a constant thing that gets in the way. That's why I don't do manifestation work. Really teaches me about mental strength and detachment and the nature of the mental space/mind because I have to immediately detach as soon as I feel it messing with a thought that's about to form in my head, etc etc.  As Frederica says, they are our teachers too. I get that part, a lot. I've honestly reached a point where I can just not think at all and i'm just observing everything objectively, and the reptilian can't do whatever the heck it wants to do, lol. But I have to think sometimes, right, and my guides always say to, "be wise" and "careful" with it, whenever I'm thinking.

So I really just defer to calling in my spirit guides and asking them to help and heal, and they are happy to do it, as they understand the position I am in with the attachment and all.

@rainyangel I'm not sure. I know that EA says when you are out of your body, anything can come in and all that. And I feel out of the present moment, as well as that sometimes I'm just walking around and I feel like I've completely left my body for a moment and I don't remember anything for that moment and I have to ask my spirit guides, "Where did I just go?" "What just happened?" Because its a strange experience. 

My experience with being shown two souls in my body was profound though, so maybe its possible that a third something decided to jump in too? I started feeling this attachment way after my Spirit guide said "were going to do a walk-in," 

I don't know. Informatjon about walk-ins is really convoluted and messy from what I've read and my experience with what I've been told by my guides about walk-ins confuses me as well. Maybe if I get a reading I will ask about it and see what explanation I can get.

@abby14 Thats so cool Abby. So good to have you in the group. I feel like there was huge progress made on Monday. We share some of the same healing. ❤️‍🩹 I love that we have the group to bounce these things off each other and help each other. You are capable of anything. That’s amazing. You have some very special things going on. Catch 22 right? Targeting and all that but your energy and abilities will be very much so needed in this ascension. I’m glad we are all healing, clearing our stuff so that we can realize our highest potentials. Have you cleared the energy in the house? Like sage and stuff like that? How’s your connection to divinty? Like invoking? Arch Angels, Ascended Masters etc? We can always bounce things off each I other in the CA group chat too. I haven’t had the time to spend on the forum like I used to. Things are getting so busy on so many levels. Good busy but just not enough time. 🙂

With your heart. Are you feeling like you can’t get enough air to fill your lungs completely? I’m still,dealing with that a little. It gets better if I am intentional about taking in white light with my breath , breathing in 100% until I fill every void . I hold my breath while every ounce of my lungs are filled with white light and I exhale slowly. Sometimes with a growl or low hum for vibration. I do this 3 times several time a day when I feel my heart constricted by that energy. Last night Bri and I did that together for a while and we started to feel better, like we could expand your chest and breathe without feeling like someone is sitting on our chest. My mood is great, I’m just dealing with the heart constriction still. 

How’s the attachment now? Since Monday? Have you been focusing on self love and vibration recovery? There’s definitely a vibration recovery effort we need to do to recover from this attachment. Intentionally putting ourselves in a state of transmutation. Thinking of things that make us feel love, gratitude and appreciation. Humor is huge too. 🙂 Are you feeling lighter? I feel like we have to meet those intrusive thoughts with loving thoughts. Self love all the way. That entity sucks. Don’t feed it the anger, sadness, depression it feeds from. Rely on your higher self, your guides and those in the CA group to help transmute those energies with you. I felt like you lifted it completely on Monday. I’ll be curious to hear your perspective on things now?
