Physical symptoms when feeling strangers energy
- I am new to this site but many things in my belief systems have led me here. After every awakening download, I get more empathic but it is now causing me heart flutters in public places with strangers and it scares me because I need info how to protect myself.
Sounds like your Claircognizient abilities are ramping up.you could be feeling other people's negative emotions might explain the heart flutter. Before you go out in public take 2 or 3 slow deep breaths in through your nose hold for 3 seconds then release through your mouth. Set an intention out loud or in your minds eye I do not wish to feel everyone's energy at this time for the highest good of all involved. Also listening to guided meditation with music can help this. Welcome to the cosmic society.

This sounds like a little anxiety is creeping in.
This is very normal when we step out into the unknown.
The rising energy of anxiety can be confronting because the ego is suggesting loss of control.
But being in control is an illusion when embracing the great work.

is very important - for the breath (metal element) allows support for anxiety (water element) - our feminine inter-relationship of self.
Equally, I would add the breath / energy / qi to be felt through the feet, breath in and out through the feet as you walk through life, thereby grounding your energy.
This allows our foundation (earth element) to subdue and humble, anxiety (water element) - our masculine inter-relationship of self.

Make certain to ground yourself when coming back to your home or place of safety. I mean where you feel at home or safe. There is an aspect of anxiety that can be left when going out into the unknown and bad energy that may just be caught up in your aura. It is a good chance to decompress and provide continuity (important if continuously feeling anxiety - sense of control) if you do an aura cleansing when you come back to that safe place later…especially if done as an end of day sesh.
I use a journal to “argue back” any negative thinking that I have…where I talk myself off the edge and deescalate thoughts. This can be done with aura cleansing where you can do burning ceremony (write on a small paper what is troubling you and burn it or cut it up into smaller pieces…technically cord cutting). Sorry if this seems a bit more witchy, but it helps me haha 😅
