Hi everyone-
I'm very new to EA and spirituality in general, and am loving all the content!
I've been on my spiritual journey for almost two years. It's been slow going- especially as I spent the last 5-7 months in a difficult dark night of the soul. It's so hard weeding through these things by yourself, and I'm thus thankful to have found a place to help me along.
That said, I've been on the hunt for an amazing past life regression therapist, but am a bit scared to take the plunge.
Has anyone had one done, and if so, how was it? Any recommendations on someone to do this for me?

@marieguerdin11 Hello, so I'm under the assumption that we practically have to hypnotize ourselves and play a big role in the regression. I mean what if we have no consistent experience in mediation and all that? I keep thinking if we can't do it ourselves, how can anyone else do it for us? So I'm hesitant to do it because I don't know what you do, like is there a technique that makes us more open and receptive to it? I feel like you have to be able to mediated fairly well to even do a past life regression am I right? I really don't know.

Hi, sorry for answering so late ! Well, you don't hypnotize yourself during the session otherwise you wouldn't need the practitioner's help ! 😉
I put you into transe, in the theta state and then you get the information you need to receive. What you can do in order to activate the right side of your brain (where the images are) is to listen to guided meditations on youtube, the ones that take you through the woods, or on a beach for instance, and if you are able to visualise even if it is not in HD , then everything is fine it means you can do this kind of hypnosis ! 😉
