I need help so bad can somebody anybody please help me with this I will be so forever grateful. I can meditate fine and go in my meditation great but then there's a point where I get completely relaxed and you know open like I could be ready to start channeling or Astral traveling or remote viewing but all I get are these heavy vibrations through my whole body that I can't hold ...what's going on with me I mean they vibrate my entire body . I try so hard time hold but I cannot. I try to shift them into each chakra and it's crazy I did that today and I can hold it in each one separately. It was Interesting. The chakra I can hold it the longest in is my sacral chakra but yeah same thing I can't hold it longer than a couple seconds maybe a half a minute at the most and then I have to stop ! what's going on with me ? Can anybody help me please ? Thank you so much for your time and energy I'm grateful. Love you all. ☺
