I had a very trippy experience with my bathroom mirror the other day where I first didn’t recognize myself in the mirror and then that faded away and I saw someone that was me but in a parallel universe. I have never felt more disconnected and far away from my mirror image self! I can’t stop thinking about it and wanted to know if anyone else out there has had mirror-related incidences like mine? Thanks so much! ✌🏻
Haven't had anything like that but WOW that is the coolest experience!!! Thanks for telling us about. Years ago, I used to practice mirror gazing in low light to have such experiences but never had any success.

@rainyangel616 I’ve definitely been experiencing more disconnection from my human body lately! I think maybe this experience had something to do with that?
@rainyangel616 it looked like “me” but I didn’t recognize my face. It’s hard to explain - almost like seeing someone dressed up in a costume of yourself so it has the appearance of looking like you but it doesn’t “feel” like you. I hope that makes sense! Haha. it was a total trip!
