There was an EA video I had watched a while back and she was discussing a topic on traumatic or bad memories and how in order to heal, we need to go deep into those memories and keep reliving them, feeling their emotions and whatever they stir up, in order to release them and start healing. To be honest, I have a particular memory/time period that comes up a lot and no matter how much I let myself feel it and relive it, it doesn’t seem to be helping. Will it need to take 100 more times? 500? I don’t know how to let go of it? Will I ever? Anybody have any suggestions of what they may have done that worked for them? 💜🙏🏻 This is already on top of just feeling so strange and off lately.

@222 Gina that was a great EA Mind Hack video back in June. Imo you have to do this only once or twice! Did you do it this way?

Then what you have to do is sit. In quietness. Close your eyes. Take a really deep breath and relax. Go back to that event and try to feel all nasty emotions you had back then, right after the trauma. Feel it!
But now you give reassuring love, fear lowering messages, trust enhancing words, some gratitude for the lessons learned, some healing light. To your self at that moment in the past.

Say things like "you are safe and secure, you are loved, you are stronger than you think, all will be alright. You are surrounded by loved ones. This experience is only for growth. It is done. It is over. You have learned you lesson. You are stronger now and much wiser. You are loved and the Universe is thankful for just another experience. Feel the love, feel the love fill your body, let the love heal everything you wish for."

After that return to the present moment in gratitude. Knowing the divine meaning of the total experience.

Another possibility is that you did release your part of the emotions but that someone else is still radiating the hatred towards you. If that is the case, perform the cord cutting ritual, followed by some good shielding.

@lighthealer_arkie Yes!! That was the video. Thank you, I need to watch it again. You’re good at finding these videos lol.  Arkie, as always, thank you for your wonderful response and for taking the time to respond. I actually haven’t approached it in that way. I will need to do so. Thank you for the instructions. Tell me, does EA also have a video on cord cutting? 😉 Ha joking, I will figure out the cord cutting part because I think it’s helpful to do so. I have never made a ritual out of doing that.

@222 Gina here's a nice cord cutting meditation but ofc feel free to find your own path, i for instance use my light sword to cut all cords every day. EA mentioned cord cutting in her early podcasts in 2020, as memory serves me well.
