Does anyone have any information, theories or stories regarding lightning? Could be personal, spiritual, cosmo or legends. I would love to gain more knowledge about lightning.
So I seem to have a genuine conflicting relationship to lightning. I admire it, yet have a huge fear of lightning. It has been like this for me since I was a small child. Like hiding in the closet in the middle of my house with my dog. Or jumping in my sisters bed far away from the window when I was younger, refusing to get out of the car (rubber tires). It has been on & off usually a few years at a time. But the past few storms my anxiety of lightning is back. I have always had this fear of being struck by lightning and had an odd experience a few years ago with lightning. I would love to hear any stories or information with the spiritual and/or cosmo ET theories in regards to lightning.

We had a thunder storm in ct a few weeks back. My son said in Nordic mythology that when lightning strikes thor is angry with his children
@joe-kain That could make sense, a lot of unfortunate crazy in the world right now. I’m in CT as well. Last weekend storms were intense but in a weird sense I was so charged up with both fear/anxiety & a little excitement.
My son and I were driving and saw 2 lightning strikes at the same time simultaneously different areas in the sky
