Just lost a lil Gray on my phone !

Just saw an image of the cutest little 'Gray' with lil red tongue out saying 'Hi ' on my phone but the phone went to another image so I lost it.

Where on earth ? or elsewhere would I find it again ?

Tried Insta, FaceB and YT  but can't find it.

Am I going nuts or did it even exist ?
