invasion in 1994??

Hello.  I'm new here.  I'm wondering, has ever been any mention of an actual invasion by hostile extraterrestrials in the past?  I recently started listening to QHHT (hypnosis) sessions on YouTube recorded by Susanne Spooner.  There are many sessions that describe interesting recollections involving extraterrestrials or other-dimensional beings.  There is one session that I'm still curious about named "The Day that Time Forgot; An Alien Invasion We Can't Recall".  It describes an alien invasion in 1994 that lasted two years, and when it was over, time was reverted back to 1 second before the whole thing began and our collective memories were lost/wiped.  Could this possibly be true?  Thanks!
