In recent years, the volume of equipment maintenance work at our company has increased dramatically, and it became clear that the old methods were no longer enough. We do everything manually: repair requests, task distribution - all this takes a lot of time and effort, and errors are common. I thought that it was probably time to switch to integrated solutions to optimize maintenance chains. Has anyone already implemented something similar? Are there really working options that can help with this mess?

@alexsob Yes but I'm in a different country than you. We use Ultimo Software Solutions for that. Every piece of equipment has to be registered. Then all maintenance plans. After a few years of use you can predict, postpone or do preventive maintenance. Or buy new equipment. This is only profitable for medium to large companies. And this question is not really spiritually loaded except you can manifest a smooth outcome... success!
