Heal yourself, heal Gaia Sophia

As we heal ourselves we heal Gaia Sophia. We must go within and on doing so change the energy of Gaia from within. There is nothing external to do.

Aaron Akbe said something very profound on the most recent great awakening podcast: we will evolve when 3-5 percent of the souls seek unity more than the negative polarity seeks control and power.
