Hi everyone this is Yasemin from Turkey. I was wondering if any of you know about Gateway Experience exercises that Monroe Institute developed back in 70's? What is your thoughts and insightes? Thank you in advance and much love..
@yasemin Yeah. I love the method. I use Alpha, Beta, Theta, Delta waves all the time. The Hemi sync is super cool. It's supposed to bring both the left and the right sides of the brain together in one single collective brain wave pattern. It's a great meditation tool. It's a trip at first hearing the sound wave pass from one ear to the other than in unison. The Monroe institute is so cool. They have astral traveling methods too. Hemi Sync can be expensive if you're buying the audio files. There are a couple videos on Youtube that have similar binaural beat patterns. Good stuff.
