Hi EA Community,
I wanted to start a post about the isolation and loneliness that we may feel as starseeds. The starseed journey can be very lonely. A lot of the time we are amongst others that have no clue that there's an ascension happening on Earth. Our day to day physical interactions mostly are with people that are still asleep and without the enlightenment that we are being awakened to. The truths can be a lot to process. It's difficult when the people surrounding us aren't on the same sheet of music. I struggle at times with the process. We face our trauma and shadows without a person to lean on. We become reliant on our guides and divinity as our support system, going within for answers and guidance. Luckily, we have communities like EA's that help us connect and interact with our brothers and sisters. Other starseeds going through the same kind of things in their own ways.
Is anyone going through something where they feel isolated and alone? There are so many things that we experience that can leave us feeling alone. Especially the shadow work. Healing trauma, accepting difficult truths. Understanding karmic ties, ancestral line attachments, it's all a lot to process.
I want to open this post up for anyone wanting to share their experiences. We've all shed many tears during this process so far, especially recently. Tears of joy, tears from releasing traumatic memories, tears from ownership of our prior actions. Lots of tears and little understanding. Maybe we can help eachother process some of the lonelier topics. I want to encourage you all to vent. Vent like you have someone that understands and is listening without judgement. Below is my contribution:)
I'll start it off. I have lots of things that I could vent about. lol. I'll share something that I delt with this weekend. I adopted a litter of kittens back during covid. 3 kittens all from the same litter. I got them in 2020 before my awakening and they have been with me through everything. They provided me support during a divorce and a complete re-structuring of my day to day life as I've progressed along my ascension journey. Before my awakening, I struggled to have an open heart. These kittens helped open my heart and have been a truly beautiful blessings in my life. They've seen it all, from Aliens to all the other weird stuff that happens around my house. On Saturday I was calling my cats inside. They all came in except for my girl "Rufio". I was calling and calling for her. I asked my guides if they could help lead her back home. It was hot and I knew she had to be thirsty. I received a message back "she's dead". I thought it was a negative entity messing with me. I invoked AA Michael for protection to clear any low vibrational energies from interacting with me. I went back inside after not finding her. Later that night I found her in the house, life less in one of the bedrooms. She had a stomach rupture and threw up blood. She looked peaceful, laying there but she had passed. I'm struggling with this whole thing. Rufio was always the first to come to me and lay on me when things got tough. She followed me everywhere. Upstairs, downstairs, outside. It didn't matter we were always together when I'm at home. Here are the areas where I'm struggling. First off, I received an accurate psychic message that she had died before I found her. Not sure why but that's bugging me. After I found her I wrapped her in a blanket and put her in her cat carrier. I just sat with her outside forever. Just being with her. Later that night I connected with her energy. Similar to when you lock onto someone's energy in a group meditation. I felt her, saw her, connected with her. I asked the Arch Angels to escort her back home where I could reunite with her after this mission is completed. I had a vision of Rufio flying to her star anchor location in Lyra with 7 Arch Angels in escort. You'd think that would help me feel better but that made me cry even more. Tears of gratitude. Grateful that she's safe, loved and home in spirit. I've lost animals in the past but this feels different. I truly feel like I lost a Lyran Feline guide. A loving Lyran supporter that came to me at the right time and has helped get me through some really tough times. Anyways, that's my venting session. Hopefully others will feel inclined to vent or share an experience they are struggling through. Or ask questions if someone is curious about how to handle isolation and loneliness during these times of ascension.

@nickq1233 Hi Nick, I forgot to answer one of your questions. I've been meditating twice daily, most days, most years (there have been substantial gaps though here and there LOL), since age 24. I am 66 now, although I refuse to own that age, I prefer to say anything from 36 to 40. If you met me you'd probably think I was 50 or at worst early 50s. Last year when I had my first ever flu jab (reluctantly), my doctor wanted to check that I was old enough to get the free one I guess, so he asked my age and I foolishly and humorously asked him to guess. He played my game and said early 50s. "I'll take that" I told him and then my age. The meditation I've been doing is TM, and there are some major celebs that advocate TM but after all these years I still have, not issues with it, but apprehensions, does it actually work apart from losing 40 minutes of your day split in two dessions. Why do I ask this, well, because I don't feel like I transcend. I've experimented with another very simple alternative meditation (free in a book), added an extra technique into it, and it worked, and I can safely say that I feel like I've transcended at least ONCE in my life. LOL. But I shouldn't laugh at it, and I'm going to ask my girlfriend about this, because she is highly spiritual and, more importantly, also does TM but had more fun doing an audio tape that I bought her during her early meditation period.
I can discuss TM things with her without breaking any rules, as long as we don't share our 'secret mantras' with each other (you pay your initial life-member free, get a mantra specific to you, hmmm, and then over a period of days, do a one-to-one meditation with your teacher). But if you want to progress to a more advanced meditator status then you pay for any specific advanced courses, which is fair I suppose, but, most people will remain with that initial mantra. What if it keeps you at a lower level of conscioussness..? Therefore what if it's in essence holding us back..? I'll leave that there because this is a big subject...
@rainyangel Totally. I think you’re absolutely right and your guides too. You’re really blooming and taking a ton of action. Maybe Patrice can chip away at what he can pick up on if anything in the group sessions. If I’m there maybe I can help too:) it’s definitely a progressive thing. Like you’re picking up on. Every day kind of starting to feel better. Along with that comes a strengthening of the psychic abilities, and the other stuff. It’s like everything gets stronger and more intense. In the way of your energy and abilities. But that’s the goal so I’m sure you will be happier. I feel like if I’m not taking the action that my higher self wants, I’ll be bummed out until I do it. Like he’s bummed out until I do it. 🙂 Definitely meditate daily. Like forever. It’s just a routine change to build it in daily. But the benefits and results are life changing. That’s how we get a lot of our psychic impressions and that’s how we do a lot of healing and activating. Especially if our ET family is above your place. They’ll work on us if we are in a meditative state as well. You can meditate with the intention of asking them to send healing or activations to you:) You can meditate in the intention of them shouting their craft to you so that you can record them. Make sure you get a period of zero thought in there of course. Just the present moment. No thoughts. It’s the only true reality, the present. If we aren’t giving that opportunity to ourselves to experience the present moment we are losing out. I hear yah on keep consistent with the maintenance. It’s with anything, you’ll get more consistent with it in time. You’re going through what a lot of us go through at different time. I’m so happy that you joined the group. Have no worries about how you feel like you look or don’t look or how put together you are. I attend those sessions in a ball cap and shorts most the time. It’s not about the vessel, it’s about us, the real us. The focus is 100% inside. You’ll drop that programming. No one cares what each other appear like. No judgement and no values on how dressed up any of us are:) My back drop of my camera view is my bedroom . Sitting on my bed with a bunch or gear and crap hung up. No worries on any of it. It’s prevalent to have implants, tags, imprints, attachments, blockages and all that. We all have them. That’s what group is for too. Work on those energies whether it’s through reiki, which is awesome by the way to Patrice lifting an energies or implant , imprints etc. if it’s effecting you really badly Patrice does one on one sessions separately. That’s what he had to do with me. Then my abilities really took off. I had a lot of the same going on. I’m dealing with stuff all the time. Like a roller coaster. Higher vibing , lower vibing. Releasing trauma and lifting those denser energies can change everything as it relates to our perspectives on our daily lives. Which in turn helps us manifest more positive outcomes. It all starts with us and how we are feeling emotionally.
@rainyangel Awesome on the degree:) that’s an awesome class to have, astronomy. I’m super excited to hear the details of your reading. Maybe you could create a post to share it? If comfortable of course:) I can see the passion you have for the esoteric. You’re into the astrology side too right? I haven't really learned anything about the different zodiac signs and that aspect of this ascension. I don’t pull cards or anything either. I only know how to use a pendulum, read people and my general psychic abilities are fairly strong. I want to learn how to use the other psychic tools.
@don-paul-ap-arfon Nice, twice daily. 🙂 Nice. Your vessel has treated you well. You have a lot of experience meditating. Do you feel like you’re receiving any visions or messages when you hold that zero thought state? Do you think some of your chakras could be blocked? If you’re feeling stuck? Maybe a blockage or attachment. Have you intentionally tried to re activate your chakras? Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Third Eye, Crown? Or your 12 stand DNA? Lily does those guided activation meditations. Maybe 🤔 when you’re meditating, listen to chakra frequencies. Like Root for Root, Sacral for Sacral and so on. Here post some examples below. Headphones, in meditation with the intention. To truly transcend and ascend we have to re activate some things. 🙂 then we get our abilities back . ❤️ Invoke Arch Angel support to help for sure. Just ask and they’ll help. Same with the ascended masters. They can’t help though if we don’t invoke them. Just part of the rules here.

@nickq1233 Hi Nick, as soon as you told me about Lily the other day, I was straight on her YouTube channel and I did see the chakra alignment balancing unblocking videos and I've already been listening to a couple of them before I throw myself head first into them. They are pretty full-on and time consuming so I'll need to re-adjust my life around them but Wow it's all cool. Yes, twice daily for most of my adult life and even though I don't feel like they are doing me any good they probably are in a very basic non-paranormal way. Well, that local psychic that I know told me in 2017 that I had two spirit guides with me watching my positive and negative emotions, that has to cound for something I guess so it's all good. @don-paul-ap-arfon Nice. That’s awesome. You went straight to work. Lol. That’s how you do it. 🙂 Perfect, everything you’re doing is perfect. Keep doing that stuff and you’ll start to really surface the energies you want to surface and release. As you get all the chakras woken back up , you’ll see your clairvoyance and psychic abilities come back. I’d pay extra attention to Third eye activation. Some people like to work from the root up. I like to start with the third eye , then start at the root back up to the crown. Hitting the third eye again but at a later stage so there’s a more advanced perspective when activating third eye the second time around. It takes time to activate off course. It may take 10 days, 30 days, shorter our longer just varies. Dependent on blockages , attachments and all those lower vibrational energies that we are purging right now. Are you asking the Arch Angels and Ascended masters or your guides for help? We have to ask them or they can’t intervene. You can say something like “Arch Angel Michael. I would like you to place a sphere of protection around me please. Filled with divine white light. Preventing and repelling any low vibrational, negative or parasitic energies from interacting with my energy field. Please only allow energies of the highest love and light be able to interact with my energy field”. That’ll provide protection daily. Saint Germain is an example for transforming , transmuting or like reversing polarity of a lower vibrational energy. Like this, “ I would like to ask Saint Germain to please send me your gold violet flame to transmute any low vibrational energies to their highest polarity of love and light”.

@nickq1233 Thank you for the useful and protective information Nick. In them you mention "low vibrational, negative and parasitic energies" but it was that very situation in my life last year (exactly a year ago to July) that brought me to Elizabeth April. t was my personal 'Dark Night of the Soul' scenario and it lasted months until I was able to 'de-code' the psychic message I'd been given. Through what happened to me, not only am I a stronger person spiritually, but I am now a messenger of that information so that others can avoid those negative attachments. The issue is how to get people to believe and act on what I want to share with them. Anything beyond what can be seen to most people doesn't exist. My cousin's 21 year old daughter had a triple 'Dark Night of the Soul' 3 years ago and the last one was 'the straw that broke the camel's back' and she leaped off a bridge and killed herself. When I was meditating yesterday, it suddenly popped into my head that maybe she was a starseed but didn't have anyone close enough or 'weird' enough to talk to. Now, 3 years on and I'm armed with new knowledge. Nick, I'll leave that there (I'm beginning to like that phrase LOL). Regards
@don-paul-ap-arfon Amazing information Paul. I am so sorry for your loss. I hope your family is going ok. ❤️ Dark nights are dark. I went through something similar. I may not be here if it wasn’t for my ET guides. I was in a super dark place right before and during my ego death. That must be very emotional to reconnect with your cousins daughter like that. You definitely belong here on in the community. You’ll find that a lot of EA forum members have a super similar story. What have you decoded so far ? Regarding the information they gave you? I know how that process is. Getting the message but not knowing anything about the topic. I’ve had to reverse investigate so much information like that. Thanks for sharing everything that you have.
