Energy Balls

Hmm Energy ball is a broad term.. dont know exactly what you mean. 

But for ex a Reiki healer (and other healers i suppose) can feel energy in their hands, and sometimes it feels like an orb.. sometime i can feel these energies just go off somewhere and then i know somebody somewhere needed som reiki healing and the highest light or my guides decided that i would send it so.. maybe.. 🙂 

But this does not happen on emotion.. 

Once when i felt a lot of love in my heart, my heartchakra kinda shot out some kind of rainbow light into the sky.. but love is not really considered an emotion, its a power of the universe now so.. hmm

hi Heidi, so I kinda had a blow up and was very frustrated and overwhelmed and angry. I didn’t want to take my frustration rant out on my family. So I decided to go and take a few minutes to calm myself down. I knew I was being irrational and just honestly throwing a hissy fit about no one helping me with chores, so I went upstairs and went into the bathroom and just literally gave myself a pep talk, talking myself down. Repeating the serenity prayer I felt so many emotions of frustration, anger, guilt, sadness. Then I felt so blessed and knew it was only a moment in time and it would pass. While I was having my moment I saw one of the bathroom lights flickering… I called my husband in to see if it was just me he saw it. (I needed confirmation) I took a few more moments prayed for my family counting my blessing. As I opened the bathroom door I saw these 2 absolutely amazing electric blue orb like balls basically beam out as I the door was swinging open into the hallway. They seemed more like an energy ball than orb it was electric blue with a small reddish inside. It was legit like the bright electric blue and everything moving in a circle but like electricity. They floated around up and down and then floated up and disappeared close to the ceiling where our attic door is.
Did I do that by releasing my emotions? Or were these orbs? I can’t find anything online like what I saw or experienced. 

After I looked up my experience I tried to make an energy ball in my hands. All I can say is wow! Absolutely amazing! It was like I was drawing energy from the lights and felt the pressure between my hands. I got nervous after trying this for a few nights because I don’t know what happens to the energy ball when I’m finished. I never saw any color with them just felt it in between my hands. 

Sound like some kind of orbs.. orbs are seen sometimes like this. What are orbs? I am no expert on this, but some highvibrational beeings could show up as orbs for us in our reality, while they are really on 5D or higher..

Maybe your spirit guides are giving you this experience as a gift, so you have some kinda "proof" for yourself that these things are real? feels like some good things anyway, whatever it is 🙂 

Practise the hand thing if it feels right to you. Or if you are not completly barnd new to this spiritual stuff, go a reiki course that will teach you togeather with others 🙂
