Do you know who your “Guides” are? Galactic/ Elemental/Angelic/Multidimensional

I have no clue but I know something is there. Likely my higher self nudging me with direction. I’m told I’m some very powerful person but still have yet to unlock myself. Told I’m supposed to just ‘act’. 🤷‍♂️ We shall see what the future holds.

@kenjenk1358 Nice Ken. You have a good grip on what you’re picking up on. Our higher selves are so involved currently. Working with our guides closely. It’ll be fun to see everything unfold and where your abilities and mission send you. This is definitely preparation time. This is our time heal, process, repair and activate. So we can fulfill our missions to the highest level possible when the time comes. Have you had any readings done to identify your guides? If you’re ever interested in getting a starseed origin reading done, if you haven’t already  you’ll be able to get information on your guides. There are 2 very special starseeds on this forum that can help, Federica @f-calandra and Lily @lilynovastarseed. Both are very accurate and a pleasure to work with. We have so much support here on the EA forum. It really is a powerhouse of ascension support with the collective of starseeds we have here. 

@nickq1233 how do you hear them talking to you? How are u opening ur mind up to receive a chanel and how do u know they are real and not something we are creating to be real to us because we want them to be real?

@maree72 Hey Maree. My first encounter with my Telosion family was in the physical so I have a different perspective I guess. It was within 5’ of me in my bedroom with telepathic communication as I was staring at her. Then I threw my pillow at her because I was scared. My family came to me to wake me up. Like, it’s time.. I struggled about about a year, thinking I was having a mental health crisis. I took a leave from work and saw a psychiatrist. I didn’t know anything about meditation or these topics when I was visited so I lost my shi* for a while. Lol. To answer your question outside of the physical encounters I’ve had. They come to us telepathically, in meditation, during healing work, activation work, purification work. Pretty much any time you’re in an altered state. You can set the intention to make contact with them in meditation. You can go outside with infrared night vision and interact with them as well. I do that regularly.

Have youexperienced anything that you’re picking on regarding contact? They visit us at night while we are sleeping as well. You’ll see things posted in the forum when someone woke up to what they thought was an et by their bed but chalked it up to a dream or something. They come to us in so many different ways. It really helps to get our innate abilities activated. Clairvoyance, telepathy, energy work. You can connect immediately once the Third eye is fully activated. They won’t want to scare you though so they usually try to interact with you in the ways that you’ll be comfortable with. They made me go a little crazy at first by coming straight to me in the physical face to face so I’d imagine that they like to avoid that approach if all possible. Until you’re ready for it. 

@nickq1233  hi Nick. I actually have all my Claires online. I think because ALL my experiences have happened in a very subtle way that im looking for that in your face interaction with anyone in my galactic family that is only interested in helping my growth from the heart space of love. I do not yet know who my guides are but i do feel a strong connection to Archangel Michael and who I thought might have been Metatron but i could be completely wrong about that. Ill ask to see them in their crafts in the sky and feel unheard. I know not to look too hard for the validation but my curiosity is overwhelming at times and one of the very few things in life i find excitement in.  Im only happiest when I feel I am accomplishing the job i came here to do which is spread love to its max capacity to anyone and everyone willing to receive the higher frequencies as i move thru their space. I will often think of it like a superpower and set the intention for everyone i pass to feel a moment of bliss or peace depending on what ever they are more in need of. The evidence of what i do is very visible and i get told a whole lot that i am an Angel. Still tho, i just feel like some of us are looking for a more clear answer  than having to play these guessing games always wondering if how much of this is real or in my head. I need them to make more of an appearance and i need it to be experienced with another person witnessing what i witness. 

Oh also tho i wonder how connected to Lyrans (cuz my very strong connection to cats i have) Arturians, Pleadians, Mantis, and even wonder if there was a race of spiders at one point that i was involved with. Not sure i will get those answers as abundance to pay for those type of readings are just barely out of the reach of my fingertips. Meditation is something i struggle hard with because of my ADD or when i try i fall asleep too quickly because i barely sleep my life is so busy. Im not spending enough time in water or the sun as i would like.maybe if i do i can receive the contact i seek. At the very least it's something to look forward to.

@maree72 Nice. Are you drawn to AA Metatrons cube. The scared geometry symbol? It was weird , when I was just waking up to the ascension topic I kept getting AA Metatron before I knew that I was psychic. I call in AA Metatron when I’m activating someone or anchoring a galactic root star. Amazing and powerful. Have you meditated with the intent to connect in the physical with your Galactic family?

@maree72 There are a ton of Lyrans here. Me too. We share a similar galactic lineage. Lyra, Pleaides, arcturus, Sirius, Alpha Centauri, Atlantis, Lemuria, Telos/Earth for me. Sounds like you’re picking up on your roots. Do you resonate with Telos at all or Atlantis/ Lemuria?

@nickq1233 I have not heard of Telos before. And as for Atlantis.. i heard a video once talking about the crystal bed vortex under Arkansas. She spoke of a time right before the fall of Atlantis that some of us were working in the temples very close to someone we are close to now trying to finalize the programming on these massive crystals trying to protect them from what was coming and i starting having these .. im not sure if they are memories or something made up in my mind because it is very easy to see pictures in my head as im very creative but they were images of myself as a member of the Atla-Ra Angelic priesthood standing in the temple of wisdom. By my side was my friend Jared but he was a Venusians. I can vividly see me looking over at him in a small feeling of triumph that we did it! We saved the Crystals in the Arkansas Mountains for then to be brought out again by us with the help of the Arturians at a later date. All those temples and massive crystals combined with other  elements it is said are so powerful they can actually create stars. The largest crystal vein (not yet discovered by humans) remains untouched under 6 miles of sediment that covers the whole of the earth from the great deluge. That is really the only mind blowing images i have received that felt like they hit me on a deeper level. But its like i said. While the lady was talking about it i could have just been projecting my own ideas that could be misleading me to think  they could be memories of a past life. 🤷

@nickq1233 no sadly i haven't yet figured out how to meditate without my mind interrupting. I tell myself to quiet the mind and the second it happens im already distracted in a dream that has nothing to do with why i was trying to meditate in the first place. I keep trying tho. if u have any tips on how i can achieve this pls do share.

@maree72 Very interesting. A couple things popped up for me reading your post. Agartha and Telos are 5th dimensional underground civilizations. There is a Venusian elements there along with other benevolent et races. The Telosions under Mount Shasta are Lyra rooted . After the Lyra wars they made their way to Arcturus, Sirius, had more wars, Pleaideas, Alpha Centauri, had more wars, then Earth /Telos. Currently they travel back and forth from Telos to Alpha Centauri. They are called Selosions or Telosions. Same people, they just chill in both places Selo and Gaia. Telos and Agatha below the surface have an extensive crystalline grid that is 5th dimensional in nature. We are in the process of reactivating the grid by getting starseeds fully activated and grounding to the grid. Anchoring in 5th dimensional energies. You’re almost describing astral missions or past life missions? Like pretty detailed in relation to the Crystal grid, the Arkansas portal too. My guess is, Could be either happening now in the astral or it was a past life during the period of time that the GFL had to take back the Crystal veins and portals back from the Draco in Agartha?

Binaural beat pattern. Gives you something to focus on. When you struggle to keep that zero thought, now moment, just focus 100% on the music and vibration. The binaural beats are interesting because the sync both the right and left brain hemispheres together so it’s easier to go with the flow. I focus on the present now moment when I find my mind wondering. Stay so silent and still that you hear the ringing in your ears. Headphones help, even just as a noise canceling device for stillness. Or ear plugs for still, silent meditation. It’s a progressive thing too. Maybe 1 minute is the start, then 5 minutes, then 10 and so on. Like goals for periods of zero thought? Start with one minute and you may find you do 3 minutes easily.:) Once you master stillness, that’s when the clairvoyance really kicks in. Channeling too. As you continue to activate you’ll get healing abilities, activation abilities, cord cutting and purification abilities etc. That’s when you start grounding to the grid at 5th density energies. Activating that crystal vein grid that you had visions, memories about. The whole reason why we are here 🙂

@maree72 Lol. Yeah, I totally freaked out. I actually felt bad right after, instinctually. Like my higher self was like…what’s your problem? That’s your freakin guide, dude. 🙂 And she’s waking your 3d ass up. Looking back now I feel bad for them but we made it this far. Surprisingly. Lol. I didn’t know what meditation meant back then. They Woke me up cold 3d. I’m really starting to get used to “weird” though. We’re always in motion I guess. Literally ascending to a higher a plane of existence. Peace, Love, Happiness, Abundance, Gratitude, Balance, joy and excitement will be the “regular” way of life. ❤️ Our guides are here to support us and guide us and man, they are real. I don’t know about you ? I feel like I live in 2 realities. One, where I have an extraterrestrial and elemental family on a mission for the ascension and a second reality where I go to work Monday to Friday 7-5 with 3d minded people. Crazy the disconnect in those that haven’t started to awaken. I’m impatient, although I’m learning more balance from the divine feminine’s I’ve met or re met recently. I have a new found respect for balance, love, grace, compassion, courage and action. We manifest those outcomes so strongly through the divine feminine, especially if the divine masculine is in sync. I’ll always be of service to my Sisters. Gotta get us all activated to divine feminine and divine masculine level. I swear a couple of you guys are Goddess's. For whatever that means. I get that for EA and a couple other starseeds I’ve met on here. Mystery for now maybe.
