Conscious music?
Hi everyone! Since learning about mainstream music and Hollywood, I no longer want to listen to the music I used to (mainly Beyonce, Rihanna, Ariana ect.). But now I don't know what to listen to! What does everyone else listen to? I'm drawn to ballads and epic kind of music with big orchestra, and mystical sounding music, but I also like lots of different types, not just those. Open to anything! Any suggestions are super appreciated!
Iron maiden albums from the 80s is one of my go to,classical music like Wagner, German pronounced vaagner anything mystic, meditation music is always good

@dstojan Oh i still love mainstream music, if it resonates and takes me straight into 5D why not? But yeah Khruangbin is lovely and i do like everything from Heather Nova. She's so pure and never sold herself to the big companies. When she was 21 she wrote Not only human on the cd Siren, she sings "maybe there's a light that's always on, maybe we're not only human". In 1993. Years before most of us got awakened.

I can’t believe I forgot to list this one because it’s quite literally my go-to song, especially in idle moments of unrest, low spirits, or anxiety, but “Acid Raindrops” by People Under the Stairs is undoubtedly one I recommend to pop into your queue if you only take one of the aforementioned songs!
and just for good measure I’ll also throw in “Swim and Sleep (Like a Shark)” by Unknown Mortal Orchestra and “Got Caught in Amsterdam” by Arc De Soleil!
Blessings on blessings. 🙏
@gemineye Wow thank you so much for the amazing list and suggestions! That must have taken you forever to type out, I really appreciate it. I can't wait to add these to my list and check them out, thank you thank you! 🙏
@joe-kain Awesome yes thanks I will check those out! Thanks for reminding me about the mystical and meditation music too, because I actually quite like that but would have totally forgotten to look for it on spotify, as I usually just listen to those on youtube. 👍
@lighthealer_arkie Yes that's true about mainstream music. I find for me I can't usually focus on anything else when it's playing for some reason, not sure if its because the music is so stimulating or its just a weird me thing. But looking forward to listening to your suggestions, thank you so much! 🙏
You're welcome
I've listened to just about every genre of music over the course of my life, but when I discovered Tool and Incubus I knew I found something that resonated with me. Tool's music is beyond incredible - songs like "Parabola", "Pneuma", "Forty Six & Two", "Reflection", "The Grudge", and many others all have a hypnotizing rhythm and an undeniable spiritual message. The same is true with Incubus with sings like "Drive", "Absolution Calling", "Trust Fall", etc. Other bands that fall into the spiritual category for me are Red Hot Chili Peppers (check out Cant Stop - mentions the Pleiades), Avenged Sevenfold (The Stage & Nobody being the 2 big ones for me), Muse (The Uprising), and Nothing More (Ballast, Who We Are, Spirits, etc).
